Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Accommodation Agios Minas is located in the town of Lefkada, not far from the city center. There are two five-bed apartments, which are an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who seek peace, comfort, and privacy during their vacation. Guests are provided with a private parking space.
The property is about 200m away from a supermarket, 500m from the port, and around 1.5km from the beaches in the surroundings of Lefkas.
The apartments (55m² and 45m²) are located on the high ground floor and consist of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove with oven, necessary utensils), a dining area with a dining table, and a living room with a large corner sofa and a television. In the dining room, there is a double bed, while in the bedroom, there is another double bed (one with a bedside table, the other without). The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
Each apartment has a spacious terrace with seating area and a clothes dryer.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every four days.
Agios Minas Apartments are recommended for families and groups of friends looking for comfortable, modern accommodation near the center of Lefkada, yet in a quieter part of the city.

Lokacija smeštaja nije tačna,čak šta više promenila se od kada sam zadnji put gledala.Da li možete da proverite sa vlasnikom Agios Minas Apartment-a da li je ulica Makri 7,pošto sam na guglovoj mapi prošla kroz sve ulice u blizini i rekla bih po slikama da je Makri 7 prava adresa.Hvala.
