Our description
Abali Studios is nice and modern accommodation in quiet part of Lefkas. It offers family studios and apartments, recently renovated. The house is only few minutes away from the center but still, outside of crowd and noise. Abali offers garden, free internet and spacious units.
The closest beach is Agios Ioannis is 1.5km far from the house.
Supermarket is 200m and bakery is 400m away.
Abali Studios has eight units in total, 5 studios (for 2-4 people) and 3 apartments for maximum 5 people. Studios are located on the ground floor, apartments on the first floor.
Apartments are 35 to 43m2. They are for 4 persons but in case the fifth person is small child, the owners can accept the reservation or even add an extra bed. Apartments has big kitchen, fully equipped with big fridge and oven.
All units have A/C, TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.
Apartments and quadruple studio have also washing machine.
Cleaning is done every 4th day, together with change of linen and towels.
Parking is in front and around the building- it is public, wherever you find a spot.

Owners description
Abali Studios is the accommodation in Lefkas town on Lefkada island, in a beautiful and quiet spot in the area of Neapolis, five minutes from the center. It's built in a marvellous walled-off garden and offers spacious studios and apartments for 2-6 people accordingly.
Enclosed garden with lawn and is a secure place for children to play. Two mini-markets, supermarket, grocery store and butcher's shop are in the neighbourhood, as well as very accessible parking.
Facilities include a garden, free WiFi internet, free public parking, washing machine, car and motorbike rental (upon request).
With Abali Studios as a starting point, you can explore the whole island. The closest beaches are Agios Ioannis, Mili, Ammoglossa and Gyra. There you can windsurf, canoe or kite-surf. The beaches of Gyra and Ammoglossa are ideal for children. The most famous beaches of the island, Kathisma, Agios Nikitas, Mylos and Pefkoulia are 20 minutes away. That is how far the cosmopolitan Nidri is as well. We also recommend you visit the beaches of Porto Katsiki and Egremni.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
