Description
Abali Studios is a beautiful and modern accommodation located in the peaceful part of the town of Lefkas. It offers family studios and apartments that have recently been renovated. Situated just a few minutes from the center, yet secluded from the crowds and noise. The accommodation features a courtyard, free internet, and spacious units.
The supermarket is located 200m away from the accommodation, while the bakery is at a distance of 400m. The nearest beach is Agios Ioannis, which is 1.5km away from the accommodation.
There are a total of eight accommodation units available, five studios for two to four people and three apartments for up to five people. The studios are located on the ground floor, while the apartments are spread across the first floor.
The double studios are approximately 28m2 in size, with one double bed, and an extra folding bed can be added for a third person in one of the studios. The quadruple studio, around 30m2 in size, has one double bed and a sofa for two people.
The apartments range from 35 to 43m2, with a double bed in the living room and a sofa for two in the living area. They are designed for four people, but the owners often accept reservations for five, if the fifth person is a child. The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a stove with an oven.
All units have air conditioning, a TV, mosquito nets, and WiFi access. The apartments and the quadruple studio also have a washing machine.
Cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are done every fourth day.
Private parking is not provided, and guests can park on the street near the accommodation.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
