Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Abali Studios is a modern and pleasant accommodation located in a peaceful part of the town of Lefkada, ideal for couples and families who seek a comfortable stay close to the center, yet away from the city noise. The property offers family studios and apartments that have been recently renovated, with carefully decorated details and a pleasant atmosphere. Guests have access to a small landscaped courtyard, free wireless internet, and spacious, bright units.
The supermarket is located about 200m from the property, while the bakery is 400m away. The nearest beach, Agios Ioannis, is approximately 1.8 km away, while the Ammoglossa beach is around 2 km away.
There are a total of eight accommodation units available, including five studios for two to four people and three apartments that can accommodate up to five people.
The studios are located on the ground floor, while the apartments are situated on the first floor.
The double studios (26–28 m²) feature a double bed, and an extra bed can be added for a third person in one of them. The quadruple studio (30 m²) offers a double bed and a sofa for two people. The apartments (35 m², 37m², and 39 m²) contain a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room. They are designed for four people, but owners often accept a fifth person, especially if it is a child. The apartments have well-equipped kitchens, with a large fridge and a stove with an oven.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, mosquito nets, and WiFi internet, while the apartments also have a washing machine.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done in the middle of the stay.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park their vehicle on the street near the accommodation.
