Our description
Neapolis Apartments is located in the heart of Lefkada's capital. It is separate, fully equipped apartment, so it's a good choice for a family of four who wants privacy while on vacation.
The apartment is ca1800 meters away from Agios Ioannis beach.
The nearest bakery and shop are 100m away.
The unit is located on the ground floor and has been completely renovated.It is 35m2 in size and can accommodate up to four people. It has one bedroom and the rest, the kitchen and dining area.
The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has one double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped (built-in oven with flat cookers, stainless steel fridge) and the bathroom.
The apartment has its own terrace.
There are also air conditioning and a flat TV. Wireless internet is also available.
There is no private parking, but a place near the building is not hard to find, even in the peak of the season.
The accommodation is comfortable, bright, spacious and because of its features as well as its great location, it is ideal for all couples and families with children who want a quality vacation in a good place.

The accommodation is located in Lefkada, 600 meters from the Archaeological Museum. It has free WiFi, air conditioning, a yard and a seating area. The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. The living room has a TV as well as an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovana,zainteresovana sam za boravak u ovom apartmanu.Pojasnite mi samo koliko kvadrata ima.apartman.U opisu piše 35m2,a dole se navodi 54m2,koliko se meni i cini da ima.Pored toga,da li.mozete da mi kažete neke utiske ranijih gostiju,nema komentara.Da li je pozicija dobra i da li je Lefkas peqvi izbor za troclanu porodicu.Ovo vas pitam zato sto smo gledali jos jedan aparatman,ali u Agios Nikitasu-Pantazis.
