Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Flisvos Villa is located in Ligia, on its own natural pebbly beach and about 150m away from the marina. It offers a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue and kitchen, seating and dining sets, children's playground, swimming pool, poolside bar, beach bar, wireless internet throughout the property, as well as private parking.
Accommodation is located about 350m from the center of Ligia.
Villa Flisvos offers:
- studios for 2-3 persons, about 22-26m2 in size, with double bed (triple have one single bed),
- four-bed apartments, measuring about 38m2, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom; each bedroom has a separate entrance and terrace, while the bathroom is in the middle of the apartment and is separated by a door from both bedrooms, there is no living room and the kitchen is in one bedroom, and
- five-bed apartments, measuring about 42m2, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom; each bedroom has a separate entrance and terrace, while the bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment and is separated by a door from both bedrooms, there is no living room and the kitchen is in one bedroom.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (double hob, refrigerator with freezer, kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
The owners have canoes, sup and sea bikes which you can use while staying there.
From Lefkada town you follow the road to Nidri. At Lygia village you will find a crossroad that says KATOYNA, (there is also a mini Market “Logothetis” in that corner) and there you will turn left. When you get at the sea you turn right and drive to the road by the sea. You will find Flisvos at the end of this road.
Villa Flisvos is an ideal choice for all travelers who want good accommodation on the beach and near the center. Beautifully landscaped courtyard by the beach and friendly hosts are the biggest advantages of the property, of course, in addition to the perfect location.
