Our description
Flisvos Villa is located in Ligia, on its own natural pebbly beach and about 150m away from the marina. It offers a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue and kitchen, seating and dining sets, children's playground, swimming pool, poolside bar, beach bar, wireless internet throughout the property, as well as private parking.
Accommodation is located about 350m from the center of Ligia.
Villa Flisvos offers:
- studios for 2-3 persons, about 22-26m2 in size, with double bed (triple have one single bed),
- four-bed apartments, measuring about 38m2, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom; each bedroom has a separate entrance and terrace, while the bathroom is in the middle of the apartment and is separated by a door from both bedrooms, there is no living room and the kitchen is in one bedroom, and
- five-bed apartments, measuring about 42m2, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom; each bedroom has a separate entrance and terrace, while the bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment and is separated by a door from both bedrooms, there is no living room and the kitchen is in one bedroom.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (double hob, refrigerator with freezer, kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
The owners have canoes, sup and sea bikes which you can use while staying there.
From Lefkada town you follow the road to Nidri. At Lygia village you will find a crossroad that says KATOYNA, (there is also a mini Market “Logothetis” in that corner) and there you will turn left. When you get at the sea you turn right and drive to the road by the sea. You will find Flisvos at the end of this road.
Villa Flisvos is an ideal choice for all travelers who want good accommodation on the beach and near the center. Beautifully landscaped courtyard by the beach and friendly hosts are the biggest advantages of the property, of course, in addition to the perfect location.

Villa Flisvos complex consisted of fully equipped apartments, all of which have amazing sea view.
There are 4 studios (3 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor) with kitchen, bathroom, TV-set and air-condition.
Facilities: a Private bathroom for each unit, Kitchenette, Air conditioning, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access.Six apartments on the 1st floor. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The front room is equipped with TV, air-condition and Veranta. The back room has air-conditioning, a TV and separate balcony.
Facilities: Balcony, Air conditioning, Television, Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Safe box.5 apartments on the ground level with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air-condition & TV. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Izuzetno sam zadovoljan svojim odmorom. Iako nam je bio prvi boravak u Ligiji i na Lefkadi, preporucen smestaj je bio idealan za nas, kao da smo ovde vec bili nekoliko puta. Atmosfera je veoma mirna i opustena, vlada tisina, vila je skoro citav dan u hladu i ima lezaljki za sve prisutne, bez guranja. Vlasnici i zaposleni su bili izuzetno ljubazni i uvek tu ako nesto zatreba, spremali su odlicna pica i davali dobre savete. Svakodnevno smo posecivali plaze na zapadnoj strani ostrva ali smo se najvise radovali povratku u pomenuti hlad i mir ovog smestaja.

Flisvos Seaside Apartments je izvanredan smještaj u prirodnoj hladovini, sa izuzetno čistim bazenom i apartmanima koji se čiste svaki dan (podovi i iznosi se smeće) i svaki treći dan se mijenja posteljina i peškiri. Slike na Nikaninoj webstranici odgovaraju onome što vas dočeka kada dođete u smještaj. Vlasnici smještaja su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi. Smještaj ima malu plažu, ulaz u more preko malog doka ili direktno sa plaže koja je sa oblucima, pa su poželjne papuče za vodu ko nije naviknut na kamenje. Tokom cijelog dana imate prirodni hlad ili oko bazena ili na samoj paži. Uz bazen se nalazi bar gdje možete poručiti kafu, bezalkoholno i alkoholno piće i sladoled. Na 5 i 6 minuta hoda od smještaja uz samo more nalaze se dvije odlične taverne. Najbliža prodavnica na magistrali je udaljena 10-tak min. hoda, pekara nešto duže. Smještaj je za svaku pohvalu i preporuku za parove, porodice sa starijom i mlađom djecom i idealan sa porodice sa bebama, odnosno za sve one koji vole da budu u mirnom okruženju, a blizu većeg mjesta ili grada (besplatan parking u luci u Lefkasu je od smještaja udaljen 9 minuta vožnje).

U periodu od 21.8 do 2.9, smeštaj za sedam noći da li ima nešto slobodno za dvoje odraslih i dete 10god.
