Our description
Athineon Boutique Hotel is located 200m from the center of Nidri. It offers private parking and Wi-Fi, as well as sunbathing area within the property.
We offer double rooms, modernly furnished, with two single beds of standard or larger dimensions, which together make up a double bed. Rooms are 20-38m2.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, small kitchen (no stove) with sink, fridge, coffee maker; as well as the terrace.
Cleaning is done daily and linen and towels are changed every three days.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
After entering downtown of Nidri, drive down Main Street until you come across the new Captain Stavros Hotel on the right. Turn right onto the street on the right side of the hotel, and 150m later on the right side of the road, behind the newly built villa, you will come across Athineon Boutique Hotel.

Owners description
Athineon Boutique Hotel is located in the village of Kallithea, about 200m south of the center of Nidri. It has double rooms and quadruple suites.
Accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with a fridge, a coffee maker and electric kettle, but do not have a cooker. Family room (38m2) has a bedroom with two connected single beds and a sofa in the living room with a dining room. Double room (20-28m2) has two connected single beds.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a spacious terrace. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Free parking is available. A buffet breakfast is served every day.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. Breakfast included. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro veče. Zamolila bi Vas da mi posaljete broj sa slika koji se odnose na sobu za 2 odrasle osobe.Da li naselje Kalitea podrazumeva da je to Nidri, centar, blizu plaze. Hvala unapred.
