Description
Stella Studios and Apartments is situated on the border between the villages of Nidri and Perigiali, on the eastern coast of Lefkada, 350m away from the nearest beach, taverns, bars and shops.
This accommodation consists of five double studios, one of which is located on the first floor, while the others are on the ground floor, one triple studio on the first floor and two quadruple apartments on the ground floor. The double studios feature two single bed and the triple studio has three single beds. One of the quadruple apartments has a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a living room with a sofa, while the other quadruple apartment includes two bedrooms, each with two single beds.
A baby cot can be added upon request at no additional cost.
Within these air-conditioned units, with independent cooling units in the living room and bedroom of the apartments, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer, two hotplates and a kettle.
On hot summer days, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture and overlooking the yard and pool.
In the paved and partially fenced yard, guests can enjoy the pool, sun loungers, seating sets and a built-in barbecue.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining its hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
Private parking is provided within the yard for guests.
The nearest airport in Preveza is 36km away, and the well-known village of Nikiana is 7km away.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
