Description
Prolithia Villa is located in the village of Vliho, situated on the western side of a closed bay that bears its name, on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, 20km from the main town of Lefkada and 7km from Nidri. The famous Alonaki beach is 2km away, and the Desimi beach is 1.4km away.
There are two apartments available, which are structured as maisonettes on two levels, designed to accommodate up to six people. On the first level, which is at the frontside on the level of the first floor and at the backside on the ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom, while on the second level, on the first floor looking from the back or second floor looking from the front, there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds and the living room has a sofa for two people.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
The apartments are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine and an electric kettle.
On hot summer days, with a view of the garden and distant view of the sea, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony, which are furnished with seating sets.
Guests can prepare barbecue with family and friends in the fenced yard which is nicely landscaped and equipped with a garden swing and seating set.
Pets are allowed upon request at no extra cost.
Private parking is available for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
