The Perigiali Mansion Villa is located in a quiet part of the town of Nidri, one of the most famous resorts on the island of Lefkada. The villa is built on sloping terrain, so its architecture is adapted to the natural configuration of the land. The space is organized on two levels, which contributes to spaciousness, functionality, and a beautiful view of the surroundings, accommodating up to eight adults. The first floor features four bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, while the second floor houses a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, as well as an additional bathroom. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth has two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for families and friend groups. The villa features an elevator that enhances comfort and facilitates movement between levels. The living room serves as a central gathering place, with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, leading directly to a spacious covered balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding greenery. Light tones, natural materials, and modern lighting dominate all spaces, providing additional warmth and a refined look. Free WiFi internet is provided for seamless communication, remote work, or enjoying favorite online content. The villa is equipped with a total of five air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, with their use included in the stay price. A hairdryer is also available to guests for added convenience and comfort. The kitchen is spacious, modernly designed, and fully equipped for preparing all kinds of meals. Guests have access to four ceramic hobs, a large built-in oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a large double fridge with a freezer, providing enough space for longer stays of a larger number of guests. A large central island with bar stools and a dining table make this space ideal for joint meal preparation and enjoyment.

The private pool with a spacious sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers offers complete privacy and is ideal for refreshing during hot summer days, sunbathing, or evening relaxation with discreet lighting. Special care is taken for the cleanliness of the villa. Complete cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every six days, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and freshness of the space during longer stays without compromising guests’ privacy.

Guests also have access to a private garage within the villa with three secure parking spaces, included in the stay price. This ensures that cars are safely accommodated throughout the vacation, with excellent connectivity to major roads allowing for easy exploration of the island of Lefkada and its most beautiful beaches.

Nidri is the most famous tourist destination in Lefkada, known for its long seaside promenade, numerous taverns, restaurants, cafes, shops, and marina from which daily excursions depart to the islands of Skorpios, Meganisi, Maduri, Ithaca, and Kefalonia, as well as to the most beautiful beaches of the island. Nature lovers can also visit the famous Dimosari waterfalls, about 4 km from the villa. Nearby is Perigiali Beach, while Desimi Beach is about 15 km away and known for its calm sea and natural surroundings. Agiofili Beach is about 22 km away, Kathisma Beach is approximately 29 km away, while among the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada are Egremni Beach, about 35 km away, and Porto Katsiki, about 38 km away. The town of Lefkada is located about 17 km from the villa, while Vasiliki is about 21 km away. The Aktio International Airport near Preveza is about 37 km from the accommodation, providing quick and easy access to the villa. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
