Agni Studios and Apartments is a luxurious complex located in the first row by the sea in Nikiana, a charming fishing village on the east coast of Lefkada. This family business, with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, is located 1.5km from the town center with a small harbor, next to the harbor is the family restaurant Porto Nikiana that belongs to the owners of this accommodation.
This accommodation complex is set on an estate of 2500m² and consists of the following accommodation units:
The Starfish Suite is located on the ground floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to five people. In the living room with a kitchen, there is a double and a single sofa, while in the sleeping area, partially separated by a wall, there is a double bed.
The Buru Suite is located on the ground floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to five people. In the bedroom, there are two joined single beds and a single sofa, while in the living room with a kitchen there is a double sofa.
The Shell Suite is located on the ground floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to four people, as it contains a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the living room with a kitchen.
The Coral Suite is located on the ground floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to four people, as it contains a double sofa in the living room with a kitchen, while the double bed is partially isolated by a wall.
The Seahorse Suite is located on the first floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to six people. It comprises two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a living room with a kitchen where there is a double, as well as two bathrooms.
The Prince Suite is located on the first floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to four people. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room with a kitchen has a double sofa.
The Queen Suite is located on the first floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to six people, as it contains two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, while in the living room with a kitchen there is a double sofa.
The King Suite is located on the top floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to six people. It includes two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa.
The Pearl Suite is located on the ground floor and is intended for the accommodation of up to seven people. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed within the same room, isolated by a partition wall, a living room with a kitchen and two sofas, as well as two bathrooms.
The Onar Villa with a swimming pool, which is separated from the complex by a street, is in the same ownership. The villa is a completely new construction based on modern architectural design, designed to accommodate a maximum of eight people and divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms. In the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
A baby cot can be added upon request and within the price.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a washing machine in some units, a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a coffee mixer, a toaster and a kettle.
Depending on the floor, guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets and offering views of the garden, pool and beautiful Ionian Sea.
Within the large courtyard, with paved paths and well-maintained lawns, there is a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a children’s playground. In front of the accommodation, there is a private beach that, like most beaches on the east side of the island of Lefkada, has stones, but the owners have made efforts to create special paths for safe walking. At the Apagio snack bar, you can enjoy refreshing drinks or sweet and savory meals while relaxing by the pool.
In the fenced yard of the Onar Villa accommodation, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a garden swing.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Parking space is provided in front of the accommodation for guests.
The nearest airport is in Preveza, located 33km from this accommodation, while the nearest resorts are Ligia at 2km and Nidri at 8.5km.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
