Our description
Nikoleta's Studios is located in the city center, at about 80m from the marina and 50m from the city beach. Facilities include wireless internet, private parking and a nice garden with shared barbecue and sitting and dining area.
They offer:
- double studios (17m2) with one double bed,
- apartments for 2-4 people (30m2) with one one double and two bunk beds, as well as
- duplex apartments for 2-5 persons (40m2) with one double bed and one double and single bed in two bedrooms.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, WiFi internet, safe box, mosquito nets, anatomic mattresses on the beds, bathroom with a hairdryer and terrace with a sea or yard view, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking request.
Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
After entering Nikiana, just before turning for the marina, turn to the right and after 20m you'll see Nikoleta's Studios on a hill above the road.
Nikoleta's Studios is an ideal choice for families and travelers looking for an accommodation in a quiet environment, close to the beach, with excellent value for money.

Our rental rooms are located in Nikiana, a beautiful fishing village at the foot of mountain Skaroi, with fantastic view to both the sea and the mountain, just 30 meters from the refreshing, sandy beach of Nikiana. The rooms are fully equipped will all the modern comforts as to fully enjoy your stay on our hospitable island.

STUDIOS can host up to two people. They provide a double bed, small kitchen fully equipped, HD TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower in it as well as all the already mentioned comforts.
STUDIOS WITH TWO SEPARATED ROOMS can host 2-4 people. They have a bedroom with a double bed, HD TV, air conditioning and a second bedroom with a bunk-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower in it as well as all the already mentioned comforts.
TWO BEDROOMS FLAT can host 4-5 people. It is on the ground floor, with a big yard and a veranda with a lot of greenery. As you get in the flat, there is a bathroom. It has also got two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single one, while the other has a double bed. There is also HD TV and air conditioning as well as all the already mentioned comforts. It is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a large family or two couples.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 50 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
