It has studios and apartments that can host 2-5 people. Most units have a sea view. They offer:

double studios (17-18m2) with one double bed,
apartments for 2-3 people (30m2) with one one double and one single bed
duplex apartment for 2-5 persons (40m2) with one double bed and one single bed, and one double bed in two bedrooms.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, WiFi internet, safe box, mosquito nets, anatomic mattresses on the beds, bathroom with a hairdryer and terrace with a sea or yard view, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking request.

Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 3 years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 50 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
