No other accommodation owners provided us with such a pleasant and unforgettable stay as Kiki and her husband did. They are exceptionally warm-hearted and generous hosts with a capital G. The accommodation is number one in terms of cleanliness and location. Beneath the accommodation lies Zorbas restaurant, featuring its own private beach and crystal-clear sea. There is natural shade available during the day, and after 6 PM, it covers the entire beach. In the accommodation, you have everything you need, even dish detergent with new sponges and scrubbers. Towels and linens are changed every three days, along with the cleaning of the accommodation itself. A perfect 10/10 recommendation for Nika Studios.

Nika Studios is situated in an excellent location for exploring the island. The beach in the town is small, just right for a break from exploring others; the sea is clear and pristine, and there is a restaurant right on the beach. The owners, Kiki and Spiro, are incredibly kind and accommodating; we were welcomed with a gift of homemade crafts in our room, and the apartment is regularly maintained to be clean, with towels changed frequently. The terrace basks in the morning sun, offering a view of the sea, and we hardly needed to use the air conditioning. A shaded parking spot is provided. This was our first visit to Lefkada, and we were truly enchanted. The kind owner of the accommodation contributed greatly to this, making every effort to ensure our holiday would be a beautiful memory. The apartment where we stayed is located right on the seashore, next to a lovely beach where we swam and enjoyed ourselves whenever we didn't feel like visiting one of the many more beautiful beaches on the western side of the island. The apartment was equipped with all those little details that make a stay more pleasant, such as bedside lamps, mosquito nets, a toaster, dish soap, a sponge, and a clean dishcloth, while the bathroom featured shelves for hygiene products and plenty of hooks for towels. The kind owner changed the linens twice during our stay and diligently reserved a free parking spot for us each time. We give our highest praises and warmly recommend it to everyone. We also commend the agency Nikana, as what they presented to us was exactly what we found. We plan to vacation using the services of this agency in the future.

This beach served as a respite for us from exploring the beaches on the western side. The hostess Kiki is a phenomenal woman, caring and meticulous. We have just returned from Lefkada, and I wish to convey our delight regarding the hosts and the accommodation. The apartments/studios are located just 50 meters from the beach, which is quite nice and suitable for those who cannot or do not wish to walk around. Cleanliness, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, a sandwich maker... everything you might need is available in the room. The hosts are very hospitable and provide a small gift for each guest. This accommodation comes highly recommended, especially for families with children due to its proximity to the beach.

This is our third time vacationing in Nikiana (since 2018), at Nika Studios, through the Nikana agency, which speaks volumes about how much we love this place and this apartment. The owners are exceptionally kind, the apartment is impeccably maintained, and the linens and towels are changed even more frequently than usual. Furthermore, the beach is accessible without crossing the street; it is small but perfect when you don’t feel like going further (we enjoy exploring). Right nearby is a lovely restaurant (though a bit pricier).

We are delighted with the accommodation. Everything is clean and comfortable. Fresh towels are provided every two days. The terrace is beautiful and cozy. At temperatures reaching 33-34°C, there is no need for an air conditioning unit. The best part is the kindness of Mrs. Cici, the host. She is always available to assist as much as she can. She welcomed us with homemade wine and jam.

The owners are wonderful people, friendly, always smiling, and readily available if you need anything.

The accommodation is situated next to a restaurant and the beach, the studio is spacious enough for two people, and the hosts are warm and willing to assist, answering all questions about the island and its beaches. We were greeted in the room with jam and a bottle of excellent homemade wine.

The location is excellent for those seeking relaxation. The small beach, where there are never any crowds as only the local residents swim, is just a 20-second walk away. You have your own private parking. Nidri and Lefkas are about 8-10 km away. The landlady is very kind; she welcomed us around 11 in the morning and changed the towels, if I remember correctly, four times in 12 days. We were accommodated in a double studio. The studio is small but clean and quite satisfactory. The terrace is excellent. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. The only "complaint" was that the shower cabin (which is tiled and has a curtain) was too small, perhaps a third of a standard shower cabin. There was always hot water available.

The studio owners are exceptionally hospitable and pleasant individuals. The studio is very clean, and the location deserves a perfect ten, being in close proximity to the beach. There was no crowd on the beach, which allowed us to enjoy a complete rest. I believe I have found the perfect spot for all my future vacations!

During our vacation, there were five families at the same time, and we were all extremely satisfied! In addition to the accommodation itself, parking spaces and a large enclosed area were provided. Just below the apartments, there is a smaller beach with a very nice restaurant serving excellent food and a café, all of which creates a wonderful atmosphere. It feels delightful to go for a swim in the morning and enjoy a coffee on the beach, and afterward, you can drive to some of the more famous beaches that are truly beautiful and numerous. The owners are exceptionally kind; the rooms are cleaned regularly, and we received gifts of wine and spices... Whenever they noticed we needed something, they provided it for us. The small town of Nidri is nearby, and everything else is essentially close if you drive. Overall, we were all very satisfied and had a lovely vacation.

An excellent choice for those coming to the sea for relaxation, swimming, and exploring the islands, as Nikiana is only 9 km from the capital and about 20-30 km from the beautiful beaches on the western side of the island. The accommodation is located just 20 m from the beach, which is covered with fine pebbles, very pleasant for walking, with a gradual depth. The area is lush with greenery, pine trees, and various vegetation, providing natural shade. The beach is small and charming, featuring a pontoon and rocks on the sides. The sea is clean and transparent. The accommodation is tidy, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a seaside stay. The terrace is quite spacious, offering a wonderful view of the sea, making morning coffee even more enjoyable. The owner and her daughter are exceptionally pleasant, composed, and accommodating; they are there for anything you might need, yet you don’t have to see them if you prefer solitude during your vacation. It is worth noting that the accommodation is located at the same exit from the main road where the Zorba restaurant is situated, so I assume it can get noisy in the evenings or a bit crowded on the beach during the day in the high season. We did not encounter this issue, as we stayed in Niki in mid-September, but it is a small note for those coming in the high season who might find this problematic.

This is our second stay at Nika Studios; we returned after a previous delightful visit. The location may be the best on Lefkada, as there are hardly any apartments so close to the beach. Although Lefkada is excellent for exploration, having a good base is very important. The hostess is wonderful, attentive, and everything is clean, fragrant, and well-maintained.

We stayed in this house from June 24 to July 9 of this year. A few days ago, we returned filled with impressions, primarily about Lefkada, but also about the excellent accommodation and the wonderful owners of Nikas Studios. Regarding the studios themselves, they were renovated last year, each is thematically decorated and in a different color. Ours was a double room with a French bed. It was well-equipped, and if we needed anything, we could ask the owners. Cleaning was done every third day, as well as changing the sheets and towels. The beach, a small romantic cove, is about fifty meters from the house. There is never a crowd, it is excellent for children, and for anyone who dislikes crowds. We have been vacationing in Greece since 2004, always in similar accommodations, and we have never had even the slightest problem or disagreement with the owners. We always inquire about the place, the accommodation, and as much as possible about the owners before making a decision. On this occasion, I would like to thank Dušan from the Nikana agency for suggesting that we choose Nika Studios, because, in addition to the positive information he provided us, the owners exceeded our expectations.
