Accommodation description

Nika Studios is an accommodation located in the village of Nikiana, about 20m from the beach. It offers guests private parking, free wireless internet, and a shared barbecue. It features studios for 2-4 people. It has an excellent combination of quality, price, and location. The accommodation has many returning guests due to the delightful and hospitable owners.

The nearest shop and bakery are located 150m from the villa, and the center is 600m away.

The accommodation offers seven units, studios that can accommodate from two to four persons.

On the ground floor, there are three triple studios (18m2) with an open veranda instead of a terrace. They contain one single and one double bed. The triple studios on the upper floor have the same bed arrangement. The double studio contains a double bed (17m2).

The quadruple studio (18m2) has one double and two single beds and is located on the upper floor. One single bed is separated and placed in the room with the kitchen (although the kitchen is separated, it is not enclosed with a door).

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, TV, bathroom, kitchen (stove with two burners and a small fridge with a freezer compartment), mosquito nets in the upper floor studios, and a terrace or veranda.

Apartment cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done after every second or third night, depending on the length of stay.

Guests also have access to private parking on site.

One of the amenities is a barbecue that guests can use. In the yard below, there is the Zorbas restaurant, with a fantastic beachfront garden where you can also enjoy a seating area for complete relaxation, and right next to it is a cafe.

The owners live in the villa and are available to guests for any information and assistance. They have a very good relationship with guests, which is usually the reason why many return to this accommodation.

Nika Studios is an ideal accommodation for those seeking a peaceful holiday near the seaside at a reasonable price. Without much noise, you will surely enjoy the charms of the Ionian Sea and the waves that lull you to sleep at night like a pleasant melody.

Kiki cleaned and changed the bedding and towels twice. The accommodation is literally right on the beach. The restaurant is next to the beach. And yet it is quiet and peaceful.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, for period from 24.09.2026 to 08.10.2026, for stays of 3 nights and more, discount of 5 euros per day is allowed.
For reservations in 3 Bed Studio, for period from 12.09.2026 to 16.09.2026, for stays of 3 nights and more, discount of 5 euros per day is allowed.
For reservations in 2 Bed Studio, for period from 15.09.2026 to 19.09.2026, for stays of 3 nights and more, discount of 5 euros per day is allowed.
