Don Konstangelo Villa is located in a small fishing village on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that has all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation and just 30m away from the port and sea, while the nearest beach is 950m away.
Don Konstangelo Villa offers studios and apartments, distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors, and designed to accommodate up to four adults. The double studios feature a French bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person, while the quadruple studio also includes two single beds. In the quadruple studio, the kitchen space is separated from the sleeping area by a partition wall.
Among its offerings, this accommodation also has a double studio adapted for people with disabilities, which includes a French bed.
The quadruple apartments have a French bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area or hallway, they have two single beds. The quadruple apartment, which is a two-level maisonette, has a bathroom and kitchen on the lower level, which is at the level of the second floor, with a French bed, while on the second level, in the attic, there is a bedroom with two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
Guests at this air-conditioned accommodation have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and either a washing machine in the unit or a laundry service included in the rental price, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a frappe maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Dear Sir/Madam, Our vacation was a complete success thanks to the choice of accommodation in Don Konstangelo, considering that the apartment is entirely new, featuring a separate bedroom, two air conditioners, a washing machine, and coffee-making appliances. It is a complex of about seven apartments, each with its own entrance and terrace. A pebble beach is located just 20 meters from the apartment. There is another beach nearby that we did not visit. There is a parking space available across the street in a courtyard. Although we did not have a sea view, the apartment remained refreshingly cool despite the high temperatures during our stay. In the harbor, it is possible to rent a boat without a sailing permit at reasonable prices (70€ from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM), which we did, and the experience was exceptional. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are very close by. The accommodation is extremely comfortable in every respect.

Cons
The lady responsible for maintenance only speaks Greek, and we communicated through Google Translate. We unfortunately experienced a whole day without water (the entire Lefkada), and the accommodation was not equipped with a reservoir.
