Don Konstangelo Villa is located in the small fishing village of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that has all the facilities needed for peaceful family holidays and only 30m away from the dock and the sea, while the nearest beach is located at a distance of 950m.
Don Konstangelo Villa offers studios and apartments, arranged on the ground floor, on the first and second floor, and that can accommodate a maximum of four adults. The double studios have a double bed, and there is a possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person, while a four-bed studio has two additional beds for one person. The kitchen space is separated from the sleeping area in a four-bed studio.
In its offer, this accommodation also has one double studio adapted for people with disabilities within which double bed.
Four-bed apartments have a double bed within the bedroom, while the kitchen space, or hallway, has two beds for one person. Four-bed apartment, which is the maisonette on the two levels, has on the first level, which is at the level of the second floor, a bathroom and a kitchen within a double bed, while on the second level, in the attic, has a bedroom with two beds for one person.
On request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and either a washing machine in the unit or laundry services included in the accommodation rental price. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
