Accommodation description

Mariannas House is located in Nikiana, a charming fishing village on the eastern coast of Lefkada, just 50m from the beach with natural shade and crystal clear water. A tavern is situated right on the beach, while shops and a wide selection of dining establishments are found in the center, 850m away.

In the same courtyard, there are two identical houses. One is available for rent in its entirety and can accommodate up to five people, while the other consists of three studios with a capacity for three persons each. The house, structured as an apartment with two bedrooms, features a double bed in one bedroom and a double bed plus a single bed in the other. The studios include a double bed and a single bed. All units are located on the high ground floor.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchenettes in the studios include a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small oven and a flat hob with two ceramic glass rings, while the kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer and a stove with a large oven and four ceramic glass rings.

Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard from the veranda furnished with seating set.

Within the meticulously maintained courtyard with lush greenery, children can enjoy active and safe play, while adults revel in the natural shade and tranquility that prevails.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.

Guests can park their vehicles free of charge in front of the accommodation.

Marianna's hospitality was truly phenomenal. No question or request was ever too much for her. The house is spacious, with two large bedrooms, each equipped with a well-functioning air conditioner. It has a very large kitchen, including a small dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside, there are comfortable chairs and a shade sail, making it a great place to relax. The house is less than a one-minute walk from the pebble beach, which was incredibly convenient.

Everything you need for a real break: a ground-floor cottage with a yard, and a yard full of greenery. The accommodation is clean, well-kept, and new. A beautiful beach exactly 150 steps away. Let me quote my husband: "You found everything you love—even the gravel’s texture is just to your taste!" :-)

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
