En Lefko Boutique Apartments are located in a small fishing village on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that has all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation and is 1.3km away from the nearest beach.
The apartments, situated in the basement of the building constructed on sloping terrain, intended for a maximum of two adults and two children, consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom of these apartments features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people or a single bed and a trundle bed.
Upon request and included in the price, a children's crib is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the pool on the veranda furnished with seating.
You can cool off on the nicely arranged veranda and in the pool available to all guests of the complex, or relax on the poolside loungers while sipping your favorite drinks.

Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, however, there is always free parking available along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
