I am from Macedonia, and I apologize for my Serbian, which is quite poor, but it is better that I write this way. The accommodation is excellent; the apartment where we stayed is perfect. The hosts are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding; the cleaner takes out the trash and cleans the toilet every day, and they change the bedding every three days. The location is just as you saw in your video, with only a few steps separating the apartment from the beach.

There is an issue with parking. Only a few parking spaces are available near the apartments, even though the description states that parking is provided. Yes, but it is located 750 meters from the accommodation. This should be communicated to guests, as it can pose a significant problem when returning from the beach and needing to drive to a parking area that is 750 meters away. Additionally, it should be noted that there are 100 steps to the apartment, which is not mentioned in the accommodation description.

The apartment is located very close to the beach. We expected a view of the sea as shown in the pictures; however, our apartment did not have one as it is on the ground floor. This was somewhat of an advantage due to the heat, but we certainly did not anticipate it. The place is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed. The beach is about five minutes away, maybe even less, sandy, with sun loungers, suitable for small children, featuring a long shallow area. Parking next to the apartment was never available and is located about 500 meters away, approximately a 7-8 minute walk, which is not ideal. The beds and pillows are too firm for our taste, which is a common occurrence in Greece. The apartment is equipped to standard, like most accommodations in Greece that are not luxurious. The staff is very kind and pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as one supermarket, which has slightly higher prices compared to the markets that are farther away. The center is about a 15-20 minute leisurely walk along the coast. It is important to note that the wind often blows, which suits the wind surfers, of whom there are many in the area.

The staff is exceptionally kind, and the linens and towels were changed daily, which delighted us. We were welcomed with gifts, and the property is literally right on the beach. Highly recommended; we will definitely return.

A spacious and immaculate three-person apartment (No. 41) featuring a terrace that offers a stunning view of the sandy beach, located just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning and linen and towel changes are provided, along with a discreet and friendly owner and staff. The service is highly professional, and every guest receives a gift. We would be delighted to return. It serves as an excellent base for exploring other attractive sites on the island, highly recommended!

The apartment is truly beautiful, and the view from the terrace is phenomenal. The room is cleaned every day, and towels are changed, which is truly commendable. The parking in front of the accommodation is not large, with space for only six cars, which is insufficient for all guests, but there is a larger parking area located a bit further from the apartment. When I say further, I mean you have to walk down to the main street and walk for about five minutes to reach your car, which can be exhausting when it’s 40 degrees outside. As for the location itself, it’s not bad; for young couples, it’s better to be on the opposite side of Vasiliki, as that side has the center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, while here there are only three small restaurants and one store, with the promenade located on the opposite side. There aren’t many people on the beach, and usually, it’s families with children and older folks, so it’s not really suited for young people and couples. The beach isn’t anything special; there have been days when it was full of grass, and the sand and water look a bit dirty. In the evening, there are quite a few people surfing in the water, and it’s not really suitable for swimming, as the shallows are extremely long, making it hard to reach deeper water. Regarding visits to other beaches that are truly incredible, it takes about 40 minutes to reach each one, and the roads are not the best.

In relation to the price, it is far below expectations. The accommodation is dirty and poorly maintained, with a sparse inventory.

The apartments are spacious, air-conditioned, and located in a tranquil part of the settlement with a view of the bay. They offer private parking. The hygiene is of a high standard, as is the courtesy of the staff.

This is our second time in Altina, and as returnees, we are absolutely delighted! It is the perfect location for spending the mornings at Ponti Beach, and in the afternoons for exploring all the western and some eastern beaches.

First, the positive aspects... Daily cleaning, a fantastic view. The owner welcomed us and showed us to our room; everything went smoothly. The beach is right in front of the accommodation. The negative aspects... We were located on the top floor of the second building, which was accessible by 101 steps. It was unbearably hot inside, and the air conditioning was running non-stop. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Every spring could be felt.

Everything was extraordinary. The staff was more than courteous, practically serving us whatever we requested. The apartments are highly functional, and all the equipment works properly. The bed is comfortable for sleeping, and the terrace is spacious enough for socializing. The only minor complaints are the lack of some utensils (although there were appliances we didn't find anywhere, such as a panini press) and slightly shorter beds (I am 190 cm tall, so it is always a problem for me to hit my heels against the end of the bed, which is quite bothersome while sleeping). Aside from that, everything was perfect; I give maximum stars for the apartment and the overall experience. Kudos to you.

We were accommodated in a double apartment on the top floor of the second accommodation unit, Altina. Although there were a few more stairs, the view from the room was magnificent and worth every effort. In fact, that was the greatest impression of this accommodation. Even when something was not "tightened up", the view and the sound of the sea resolved everything. The apartment itself was modestly furnished but tastefully. It is located in the attic, yet the air conditioning took care of any potential heat issues. Generally, we didn't even need it since we spent most of the day outside. In the evening, it was sufficient to open both windows of the terrace doors to cool down the accommodation. It has everything necessary for a ten-day stay. Quite reasonable in terms of price and quality. The bed linens were changed every three days, and the floor was cleaned daily. Cleaning supplies were also available in the hallway, so if you are a bit more meticulous, you can do it yourself a few more times as needed. The stay was quite pleasant and without major complaints.

Our group of nine stayed in three triple apartments (kitchen + room) on the ground floor of a property located less than a minute from the city beach and about twenty minutes' walk along the promenade from the center of Vasiliki. We had a lovely courtyard available with small tables and chairs (guests on higher floors have terraces), natural shade, and a hammock. The apartments are decent, not too large, and excellently soundproofed - both acoustically (for instance, if loud music is played in the courtyard, almost nothing can be heard inside) and from the network (when the doors are closed, there is almost no signal, nor does the Wi-Fi connect). At the entrance to the beach, there are several restaurants offering similar menus. We dined at the "To Kyma" restaurant, which is fine, definitely much better than the restaurants we visited in the center of Vasiliki. Nearby, there is also a small but well-stocked shop. The owner is very kind, gifting us a bottle of good homemade wine and some souvenirs at the end. A major complaint is that we were asked to vacate two of the three apartments by 9/9:30 on the last day, even though the voucher explicitly states that check-out is until 12, and this was communicated to us the evening before our last day. The parking is a five-minute walk away from the accommodation and is not well organized.

Everything is fine, although the rooms are not as clean as they should be. However, overall, for the price, it is more than satisfactory.

The accommodation is as described, and the reviews are quite realistic. However, there is one small complaint: the arrival of the cleaning lady is only in the morning, which disturbs the guests. If you are in the accommodation, as we were every day at that time, cleaning is skipped, and only the garbage bags are changed... Nevertheless, I recommend it to everyone.

The view of the sea is fantastic, and the accommodation is conveniently located near a beach that is perfect for relaxation.

The room is cleaned daily. It features a kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, and TV. The only potential downside is the slightly less comfortable bed, but one can still sleep well.

The accommodation is slightly distant from the center, but it is located in front of a beautiful beach in Vasiliki - Ponti. The hosts were exceptionally kind. A drawback of the accommodation is the number of steps to the sea and the parking area being 450 meters away.

We are pleased with the accommodation. Perhaps improvements could be made to the internet connection.

It is hard to say that we are anything less than thoroughly satisfied. The accommodation, the host, and the cleaner – everything was fantastic. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and boasts a stunning direct view of the sea. You are just a three-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wonderful, with fine pebbles and sand, and the water has sand with a long shallow area. It serves as a fantastic starting point for all the nearby beaches that you must visit. The host is very kind and pleasant, and we received all the necessary information immediately upon arrival, so we did not require any additional assistance. A sweet treat awaited us in the apartment as a welcome gesture. The cleaner is absolutely delightful. She thanked us for keeping everything clean and tidy. She didn't have much work to do with us, but she still came regularly. We genuinely have nothing but praise. We didn't even use the air conditioning, as it wasn't necessary. While we were at the beach, it was very pleasant to sit on the terrace when we returned. There aren't many parking spots in front or behind the villa, but nearby there is secured parking for all guests of the villa. We were lucky and parked behind the apartment every day. The internet isn't great, but we came to the seaside to enjoy, relax, and escape from our daily routine, so it wasn't a problem for us. We are truly very satisfied, and I am sure we will return again.

Overall, the price-quality ratio is satisfactory. The parking is extremely limited, with only three to four spaces available for two villas and about twenty rooms. In pictures, everything appears very polished; however, in reality, it is not quite so. Starting from the missing cutlery to the army of ants we battled for three days, I eventually bought Raid and tape to seal the openings from which they emerged. Clearly, everything was wonderful a few years ago, but in the meantime, no investments were made, and it was merely patched up to suffice. If we overlook the previous issues, cleanliness is at an acceptable level; the place is cleaned daily and towels are changed. The mattress was good, and we later received an additional set of pillows. The bathroom door could not be closed due to missing parts, so we were given a wedge to block it. On the last day of our stay, it rained, and there was leaking in the hallway. That morning, the electricity also went out. I am not overly picky; I generally seek cleanliness and comfort, but I also do not expect to wrestle with ants.

The hosts were very kind and professional; during our journey to Lefkada, they called to check exactly when we would arrive, and the host welcomed us in the parking lot in front of the house. I highly recommend Nikana for their support during the booking process and for providing all the necessary information regarding our trip.

The apartment was tidy and clean. Every day, the cleaner would come and bring fresh towels, while the bed linens were changed every other day. The view from the apartment is stunning. In the apartment, we had an iron for laundry, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and even a kitchen, so you have all the necessary utensils if you wish to cook. The restaurant "To Kyma" (a restaurant recommendation) is very close to the apartment, and one of the beaches is also nearby, allowing you to spend your first and last day at that beach. The market is also very close, where you can buy everything you need at a market that is not far away... We enjoyed privacy and tranquility. There is parking for your car right behind the building. On the terrace, you have a place to hang wet laundry to dry. The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper and liquid hand soap. I believe we chose the best apartment with the most beautiful view at the top, on the last floor. If stairs are not an issue for you, which you must climb to reach the apartment, the room is perfect for you. Perhaps the room on the top floor is best suited for younger individuals. Those with small children might want to choose a room on the ground floor, as the items parents carry, such as strollers and toys, make climbing the stairs to the top of the building more challenging. Most rooms have a sea view.

It is not at all what is shown in the pictures. The price is excessively high for what we received. There is a significant parking issue, as there are 20 rooms but only 4 parking spaces, and in addition, it is very difficult to find street parking because the streets are narrow and there are often problems with two cars passing each other. Therefore, do not count on parking. Other apartments in the area have much more parking space than this one. The stove in the apartment did not work, and despite complaining to the owner, the issue was not resolved by the end of our vacation. The WiFi is terrible. The bathroom has a small fan and a very poor shower option. The biggest nightmare was that the hot water pipes run under the entire studio floor, literally heating the room, so it was always unbearably hot, especially at night, and we could not sleep properly. The studio had a shared balcony that overlooks the wall of another building, so there was no view of the sea. The owner does not understand English, so we could not communicate with him, especially regarding complaints (or he pretends not to understand). In conversations with other guests, I noticed that they also had similar problems.

I highly recommend it. This is one of the better accommodations we have stayed in.

If you have already decided on Vasiliki (and there are many reasons why, when it comes to Lefkada, the choice could fall on Vasiliki, but that is not the topic at hand), this is the best location for accommodation. Given that Vasiliki is known for kitesurfing, the larger, central part of the beach is designated for surfers and is practically inaccessible for swimming. The Altina accommodation is located at the very end of the beach, that is, in the part where swimming is possible. The beach is vast, sandy, with a long shallow area. In the part of the beach that you access from Altina, immediately to the right are rocks and deeper water, which is a true delight for passionate swimmers and those who love to dive. The water is always crystal clear, and in the afternoon, the wind usually picks up, creating waves that are not as large as on the western side of the island, but still, the water is no longer as smooth and calm as it is in the morning hours. Altina consists of two houses, one closer to the sea and the other extending vertically from it, up towards the hill. We stayed in a double studio in the house further from the sea, which is connected by stairs to the first house and leads down to the beach. The studio is exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is fully equipped (perhaps even more than you need on vacation - toaster, electric chopper, etc.) with a seating area located under a beautiful large palm that provides shade at any time of the day (with only minimal adjustments to the seating arrangement). Altina is one of the more comfortable accommodations we have stayed in throughout Greece, and it is truly an invaluable feeling to move freely and relaxed within the accommodation without the fear of bumping into the edge of the bed, wardrobe, or any other piece of furniture. It is well-known that small spaces create tension, but in Altina, there is no tension. The bathroom is enormous, which is not usually such an important factor when choosing accommodation, but it was particularly significant for us as we fish and dive, so it was convenient to shower off all that gear after use and leave it in one part of the bathroom without disrupting daily functioning. All in all, a warm recommendation. Advantages: Location: 1) proximity to the part of the beach where swimming is possible; 2) a quiet part of Vasiliki that is separated from the old part and the hustle and bustle by a beautiful and long promenade along the sea; comfortable and functional accommodation. Disadvantages: Multiple accommodation units together - it can be noisy during the season, which of course depends on the level of awareness of the presence of other people in the environment that our neighbors possess, but every departure from home implies a certain adventure and risk, which somewhat adds to the charm of every journey. Beach: long shallow area.

The Altina accommodation is situated in an excellent location in the tranquil village of Ponti, which is connected to Vasiliki by a promenade. Ponti and Vasiliki are exceptionally peaceful places, devoid of crowds, ideally positioned for exploring all the beaches for which Lefkada is renowned. The Altina accommodation itself is very clean, and although the housekeeper does not speak English, communication is still possible. Our room, like all the others, faced the sea, granting this accommodation the highest rating due to its breathtaking view. I would highly recommend this accommodation to all future adventurers wishing to discover Lefkada, far from the hustle and bustle yet so close to all the famous beaches.

We were accommodated in a double apartment (with one extra bed) on the ground floor of the third building, which is the last in the row and can be reached by climbing about 40 steps. The apartment was quite satisfactory, featuring a kitchen (refrigerator, a small stove with 2 burners, although the smaller burner was out of order, and an oven, kettle, coffee filter machine, sandwich toaster, plates, glasses, etc.). We rarely turned on the air conditioning, as it was pleasant at night. The cleaning lady tidied the apartment every other day. Towels and bed linen were changed every three days. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable (for romantic couples - be cautious :) ). The grill located in the lower part of the apartment complex, right at the entrance, cannot be used from May to October, as we were informed by the owners that due to fire hazards, grilling outdoors is prohibited. The owner provided parking for guests a 5-minute walk from the apartment, on a vacant lot in the main street of Pondi. In front of the apartment, there are only 3-4 parking spots, which are mostly reserved for permanent guests, so we did not use that parking. The owners, Spiros and Rena, are very kind and wonderful people, and we received a gift from them. Mr. Spiros owns the souvenir shop 'Rena' in the main shopping street in Vasiliki. We particularly liked the souvenir shop 'Filira' where you can buy lavender Turkish delight; make sure to try it. As for Pondi itself, it is about 1.2 km away from Vasiliki, and there is a promenade along the beach. In Pondi, there are several taverns; we always dined at 'Pondi Family Tavern' due to its affordable prices and because they accommodated us by bringing ingredients for a marinade from the Adriatic, allowing us to finally enjoy a marinade with fish in Greece :) Pondi is a paradise for surfers, as the wind blows from the sea. A smaller part of the beach is designated for bathers. The beach is sandy, and the entry into the water is gradual, with about 50 meters to walk to reach some depth. There are sunbeds on the beach, which you can use if you order a drink. In one of the hotels, if you use their sunbeds, you can also use the outdoor shower. Pondi is a great base if you have a car and want to explore the island. The beaches on the west coast ('west coast forever') are among the most beautiful in Greece (Milos beach, which can be reached by a goat path over the hill, is stunning). For cat lovers, there are plenty of them; we fed one. We would definitely vacation here again.

It is cleaned daily, the bedding is impeccably clean, and although the kitchen is small, it has everything needed, and everything works perfectly. The beach is literally across the street, the terrace is spacious, and the owner is pleasant and kind. Overall, we highly recommend it. It is a peaceful area; at night, there is no need for air conditioning due to the cooling breeze, making for a great night's sleep. The sound of the waves at night is a phenomenal lullaby. Vasiliki is just one kilometer away, and there is a walking path right by the beach, unlit, but everything is calm, and you feel safe with no issues. The beach is shallow for about 100 meters, with fine sand, which is great for lounging in the afternoon or early morning, before or after visiting one of Lefkada's fantastic beaches. All in all, Lefkada is top-notch; it should be visited, but only by car; going without a vehicle makes little sense.

The hygiene was of a high standard, with daily cleaning. The location, in my opinion, is excellent; slightly removed from the center, yet free from noise and loud music, providing a true escape. The view of the sea is stunning. The beaches I have heard about are magnificent: Egremni, Porto Katsiki, Katisma, Agiofili. The interior of the island is hilly, yet beautifully scenic.

We were accommodated in a triple studio on the top floor of the upper building. The view was phenomenal, and the shade on the terrace in the morning and evening made it pleasant to sit outside. There was no noise; it was peaceful, perfect for a true vacation. The kitchen was sufficient, equipped with all the essentials: a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator that cooled excellently, and even the small oven baked well (we tried it once). There wasn't enough cutlery; we only had one knife, but we could have asked for more, although it wasn't important to us. There was dish soap, a sponge, soap, and plenty of toilet paper and towels. The bed linens and towels were changed, but there were some stains on the doors that hadn't been cleaned beforehand. There were no reading lamps, just a few cute purple ones, but they served their purpose. The beds are comfortable, and sleeping is delightful. The owner is kind and owns a souvenir shop named Rena in Vasiliki, and as a gift, you receive mugs with the logo, and I also received a discount for magnets. Parking can always be found, often right in front of the building.

The Altina apartment is a property that boasts a wonderful view of the bay. It is tastefully furnished and clean, with decent Wi-Fi. The bathroom is lovely! We were accommodated on the second floor and counted around 120 steps from the beach to the apartment! Another complaint is the absence of mosquito nets.

We spent two weeks at the end of June in studio number 43 on the top floor. The accommodation consists of three buildings, one above the other on a hill. The one we stayed in is the last one. To reach the beach, one must descend a long flight of stairs, considering we were at the top. The parking for cars in the upper building has only four spaces; this is not an issue in June, but it can be during the season. The studio offered a beautiful view of the entire bay, the only downside being that there is no shade on the terrace in the morning, so we had to buy an umbrella, and there were quite a few sparrows in the roof, which resulted in a lot of bird droppings. I believe this is a problem only for the top floor. It is a good thing that cleaning is done every day, so the cleaners regularly tidied up the terrace next to the studio and took out the trash. They changed the bed linens and towels twice a week, and the kitchen towel daily. No food should be left outside the refrigerator, as there were a few ants around the sink. The refrigerator is small with a freezer compartment, and the kitchen has everything necessary, including a toaster and a coffee maker; the only thing missing was a large knife, but that is generally a common issue. The bathroom is spacious but lacks a shower curtain, making it quite wet after showering. There are no screens, but there were also no mosquitoes. The internet connection is a bit sluggish.
