Vila Altina Apartments is located in the Pondi settlement, 70m from the sea and approximately 100m from Pondi beach. All accommodation units enjoy a sea view.
The closest store and bakery are located at a distance of 100m.
The accommodation is about 700m away from the center of Vasiliki. It offers studios for two to three people and apartments for four people.
A total of ten accommodation units are offered. Two double studios are about 20m2, with two single beds or one double bed. Four three-bed studios are about 24m2 in size, with a double bed (or two single beds) and a single bed. One four-bed studio has an area of about 28m2 and has one double bed and two single beds. Two four-bed duplex apartments are about 37m2, a double bed is in one bedroom, while two single beds are in the other bedroom. One apartment with two bedrooms is for five people, it has two joined single beds in one bedroom and three single beds in the second bedroom. A small kitchen area is specially set aside.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen (stove with oven, kettle, and small fridge with freezer), and a terrace or veranda with a sea view. A baby cot is available upon mandatory request when making a reservation.
Apartment cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towel change is carried out twice a week.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners.
The owners live in the villa and are available to guests for any assistance or information.
The property has no private parking, but you can find a space in about 450m from the accommodation itself.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
