Our description

Villa Aliki is located in Vasiliki. The villa has its own parking for three cars and a shared barbecue in the garden with outdoor seating. A large swimming pool with deck chairs, parasols and towels, as well as a wi-fi in all rooms, are at guests' disposal.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 300m away.

Aliki is a detached two-story house in a quiet location.
The total area of ​​the villa is 290m2.
Can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet, lounge and living room and a fully equipped large kitchen (large stove with oven, large fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, complete kitchenware and equipment).

Each bedroom has an LCD satellite TV, DVD / CD player, air conditioning and a safe. There are three large double beds, two single beds and two sofas.

Wireless internet is available in all rooms.

Housekeeping is provided daily, linen and towels are changed every third day.

The villa is about 800m away, about 650m from the town center and about 1km from the fantastic Pondi sandy beach, from the main beach (rocky stones and gentle access to the water).

It is ideal for all travelers who want a luxury villa in a quiet location, which is also a great base for exploring the island and the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada.

Owners description

The main characteristic of the exterior of the villa is the lawn and the stone paths.

At the front part of the house, there is a fully equipped barbecue and a sitting area with a pergola suitable for 10 persons, as well as a three seated swing. There is also an organic garden with vegetables where the guests can pick any season vegetables they wish. Parking space is also available big enough for 3 cars.

At the back of the house, there is a 40m2 pool with umbrellas, sunbeds and pool poufs. Moreover, there is a stone built shower and a stony sofa under a pergola for relaxing moments. There are also swings for the children.

In the middle of the garden, there is an old plane tree, more than 100 years old. A natural small pond wells up from its roots. Next to the pond and underneath the canopy of the plane tree, there is another stony round sofa for up to 10 persons.

Relaxation, enjoyment and calmness are the main feelings that arouse from our guest's souls when visiting our villa.

While entering the villa, you will feel the sense of commodiousness. A single area of 100m2 consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a WC In the living room, there is a 6-8 persons sofa, a fireplace, flat screen TV, CD player and DVD player. In the dining area, there is a wooden dining table suitable for up to 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, dish washer, coffee machines, toasters, kettle and generally all the necessary cooking utensils. Moreover, there is a table with 4 chairs and a kitchen counter with 4 wooden stools. A big round staircase will lead you to the first floor where you can find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

First floor

On this floor you can find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the 3 bedrooms, there is a double bed, TV, A/C and a ceiling fan. In the fourth bedroom, there are two single beds, TV, A/C, and ceiling fan.
Two of these bedrooms face the pool and the other two face the garden.All around the floor, there is a balcony approximately 110m2.
