Our description
Ermioni Studios is located 20m from a small rocky beach (round stones and gentle access), about 500m from the center and 800m from Vasiliki city beach, and about 2km from the fantastic Agiofili beach. The villa also has a beautifully landscaped yard. Free Wi-fi is secured for all guests.
The nearest store and bakery are at 400m distance.
It has studios for 2-3 persons, about 22-24m2 in size, with double or twin single beds in double and three single beds in triple studios.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen (two hotplates and refrigerator with freezer), electric kettle, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
Private parking does not exist, but parking is easy to find nearby, even in season.
Guests may contact the owners in a small reception on the ground floor for assistance or information.
You will reach the accommodation by entering Vasiliki, at the first big intersection turn right and drive all the way until the promenade. Pass the promenade and all the center of the town and continue along the coast for another 500m towards Agiofili Beach until you see the Ermioni Villa on your left.
Villa Ermioni is the right choice for all travelers who want good accommodation next to beach, in a quiet environment, but close to the city center.

Owners description
The holiday accommodation has apartments and studios (rooms with kitchenette) and is located on the southwest side of Lefkada, in the settlement Kolivata, near the village of Vassiliki. Our island is situated in the Ionian Sea and is known for its white beaches (Porto Katsiki, Egremni) and the picturesque villages. The famous Greek poets Aristotle Valaoritis and Angelos Sicilianos lived and were inspired by its rare beauty. Onassis loved it so much that he bought Scorpios, one of the small islands around Lefkada, in order to enjoy the idyllic landscape. It is an island, which is the favourite destination for thousands of Greeks and foreigners, since apart from the wonderful attractions, it is easily accessible by car, as it is connected to mainland Greece by a floating bridge.
Ermioni is located right in front of the four small, beautiful beaches of Kolivata and is 300 meters away from the picturesque harbour of Vassiliki. It's a family business that consists of fully equipped rooms with kitchenette (studios) and apartments, which have balconies or verandas with spectacular views over the Ionian Sea. The combination of the green surroundings and the calmness, guaranteed in our accommodation satisfies, even the most demanding of our guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
