Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Ermioni Studios is situated 20 meters away from a small pebble beach (smooth stones and easy access), approximately 500 meters from the center and 800 meters from the town beach in Vasiliki, and about 2 km from the magnificent beach of Agiofili. The villa also features a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and guests are provided with wireless internet.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are located at a distance of 400 meters.
The property offers studios for two to three persons, with an area of approximately 22-24m2, featuring a double or two connected single beds in double studios, and three single beds in triple studios, as well as one apartment for five people, with an area of about 45m2, including one double bed, two single beds, and a folding armchair.
All accommodation units in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchenette (stove with two burners and a fridge with a freezer compartment), electric kettle, bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.
Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day of the stay.
There is no private parking available, but parking can be easily found nearby, even during the high season. Guests can contact the owners for assistance or information at the small reception on the ground floor.
To reach the accommodation, enter Vasiliki, turn right at the first major intersection, and drive all the way to the promenade. Pass the promenade and the entire town center, and continue driving along the coast for about 500 meters towards Agiofili beach, until you spot Villa Ermioni on the left side.
