Bayside Apartmentsis located at about 50m from Pondi beach, 600m from the city beach and 1km from the center. Facilities include the reception and private parking, as well as storage space for surfing enthusiasts.

The nearest bakery and grocery store are at about 100m.

They offer studios on the ground floor and apartments on the first and second floor. Triple studios (25m2) have one double bed and a single or sofa bed, quadruple apartments (35m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area, while quintuple duplex apartments (55m2) have one double and a double and a single bed in two bedrooms.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two burners, a refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster, TV, WiFi internet, safe box, iron, mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea or courtyard.

Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

After entering Vasiliki and getting to a road sign to Pondi settlement and Agios Petros village, drive for about 600m until you come across to Bayside Apartments on your left-hand side.

Bayside Apartments is a family run business, which consists of spacious apartments, ideal for families and windsurfing fans, offering all the modern comforts and excellent service in friendly, family environment. The apartments are located in front of the worldwide famous beach of Vassiliki, at a walk distance of about 15 minutes from the center of the village by the pedestrian road alongside the beach.

The complex consists of spacious apartments. There are:

- Four apartments (35m2) consisting of a separate bedroom with a double bed, A/C, separate and fully equipped kitchen with living room and two single beds, private bathroom and a balcony with magnificent sea view. Ideal for families with 1-2 children.
- Two duplex apartments (55m2) that can become your home away from home. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), two air conditioners, separate fully equipped kitchen with living room and sofa bed and three balconies. Ideal for families with two or more children, or two couples.
- Three studios (25m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, A/C, a balcony with sea view and big terrace. Ideal for families with young children or babies, or couples.

The apartments are on the first and second floor. The studios are on the ground floor.
