Our description
Kavadias Apartments is a completely renovated high-quality accommodation, in a quiet location in Vasiliki. There are apartments and duplex apartments for 2-6 people and in addition to a good location, which implies the proximity of the center and the beach, amenities include parking and landscaped yard.
The sandy beach is 400m away, the city center is about 500m away, and the nearest bakery and grocery store are about 100m away.
Apartments (30-38m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two. Smaller apartments accommodate three adults and a child, while the larger accommodate four adults and a child.
Duplex apartments (51m2) have two bedrooms with one double bed each and a sofa bed for two in the living room. They accommodate up to five adults and a child.
The apartments are spacious, soundproofed, have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and dishes, bathroom with a hairdryer, plasma TV, air conditioning, safe box, WiFi internet and a beautiful view of the garden or mountain.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is provided on a daily basis.
Guests can use a barbecue and free public parking on the plot next to the villa.
In addition to Greek, the owners speak English and Italian.
Enter Vasiliki, continue ahead for another 100m at the first crossroads and take the first street right where you will see Kavadias Apartments 50m later.

Κavadias Αpartments are fully equipped quadruple apartments with a bedroom, sofa bed in the living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our apartments are located in the center of Vasiliki and close to the Agiofylli and Ponti beach. All rooms and common areas have a plasma TV, A/C and internet access. There is a barbecue in the courtyard.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
