Description
Villa Makis is 50 meters away from the sandy beach in Vasiliki and 200 meters from the city center. In addition to the fantastic location with a beautiful view from studios, the villa has a large and beautifully landscaped yard, with a neat lawn, as well as toys for children. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are provided for all guests.
The nearest bakery is 150 meters away, while the nearest grocery store is 100 meters from the property.
There are rooms and studios that can accommodate up to three people.
Double rooms and studios have one double or two single beds and are 20m2 in size.
Three-bed studios have the same size, with one extra bed in addition to one double or two single beds.
The rooms have a fridge only, while the studios have a kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and cutlery.
All units are equipped with a TV and air conditioning and have a balcony overlooking the sea or the courtyard, as well as a bathroom.
We recommend Villa Makis to all couples and families with children who want accommodation in a beautiful location, good quality at a reasonable price.
After entering Vasiliki, take the path that leads to the sea and the marina. At the very end of the road, at the large parking lot, turn right and after 30 meters you will reach the courtyard of the villa.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
