Our description

Dimitris Studios is an accommodation in Vasiliki, on the way to the most famous beach in the southern part of Lefkada, Agiofili. It’s located in a beautiful, green environment and can accommodate up to four people. It offers parking, barbecue and free WiFi internet.

The main city beach is at 700m, the city center is at a 5-minute walk, the small beach is at 50m, the marina is at about 130m and the supermarket is about 200m away.

There are 14 air-conditioned studios for 2-4 people. Studios (18m2) have one double and a single bed, except 3+1 studio which has one double and two single drawer beds. Amenities include a TV, ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate with two rings and complete dishes, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the courtyard or the sea.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.

There are six parking spaces available, but you will easily find a place to park in the surrounding area, even in the high season.

After entering Vasiliki, make a right at the first big crossroads and drive toward the promenade. Pass through the promenade and the center and continue for 450m along the coast towards Agiofili beach until you see Dimitris Studios on the left.

Dimitris Studios is a great choice for couples and families looking for solid accommodation with an ideal location, in a quiet environment, close to the center.

The unique and internationally well-known beaches, wild beauty of sheer rocks of the west coast, variety of sound and taste,picturesque villages unspoiled by the time, diverse landscape and the vibrant vegetation, crystal water of the Ionian sea, cool midday breeze, the shades of green reflecting into the blue water, quiet summer afternoons and rich cultural tradition are virtues that make Lefkada an ideal destination for the wonderous traveller.

Embraced by a stunning natural environment and overlooking the deep blue waters of Vasiliki Bay, Dimitris Studios is ideally located at the edge of Vasiliki. The complex blends perfectly with the surrounding environment offering opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

Situated just 40m from the beach and within a walking distance from the center of the village (less than 5-minute walk), Dimitris Studios combines the advantages of a tranquil environment with the opportunities of staying near the center where all the amenities are.

The complex is comprised of 14 fully equipped and comfortable studios. Each studio (25m2) can accommodate 2-3 people. Upon request an extra bed can be added for accommodating an extra person. Baby cots are also available upon request.

All units are self-catering with a fully furnished kitchenette, refrigerator, private bathroom, television, air condition and roof fan. WiFi internet access is available both in the rooms and in public areas. There is a parking space of five places in front of the house while within 20m you can find plenty of space available under the shadow of the trees.

All studios have private balconies and most of them offer an amazing view over Vasiliki bay while others overlook our garden with lemon, tangerine and orange trees from which you are welcome to help yourself. The tenants will appreciate the cool, refreshing breeze while sitting in their private balcony enjoying the view and their meals. The sound of the sea, the singing of the birds, the rustling of the trees will enhance your relaxing experience.

The health center is less than 1,5km away while a 24-hour private doctor is available at your call. In the local pharmacy, which is open on a daily basis, you will find people always willing to give their advice and assistance.
