Hotel Description

Heliotropia Houses is a recently constructed complex with nine houses, six maisonettes and three bungalows.

This is a unique place that combines the energy, space and the serenity of the area with the top services, with large comfortable rooms, endless green garden, a large swimming pool and a rest corner around the fireplace.

The bungalows (40m2) have a double bedroom a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, TV, living room with two sofa beds and a big bathroom. They’re suitable for a family or group of friends (2-4 people).

The maisonettes (60m) are 2-floor houses. There’s a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and toilet on the ground floor. In this area, tenants can cook, relax, eat at the dining table and watch a TV or DVD. The sofa beds can be converted into two big double beds. Using the internal staircase, you will find the large bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and the couchette in the hall. There is a patio on the ground floor and a spacious balcony on the first floor. Maisonettes can host a maximum of six persons. Parking is available nearby.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
