Owner description
Heliotropia Houses is a recently (2005-2008) constructed complex with nine houses, six maisonettes and three bungalows.
This is a unique place that combines the energy, space and the serenity of the area with the top services, with large comfortable rooms, endless green garden, a large swimming pool and a rest corner around the fireplace.
The bungalows (40m2) have a double bedroom a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, TV, living room with two sofa beds and a big bathroom. They're suitable for a family or group of friends (2-4 people).
The maisonettes (60m) are 2-floor houses. There's a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and toilet on the ground floor. In this area, tenants can cook, relax, eat at the dining table and watch a TV or DVD. The sofa beds can be converted into two big double beds. Using the internal staircase, you will find the large bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and the couchette in the hall. There is a patio on the ground floor and a spacious balcony on the first floor. Maisonettes can host a maximum of six persons. Parking is available nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Izuzetan smestaj u svakom smislu.Mazonete lepo uredjene,ima sve sto je potrebno za boravak, bazen uvek cist, domacini ljubazni, oko bazena prirodni hlad.Mi smo koristili i rostilj, a sto je najbitnije osecas se kao da si u svojoj kuci.Sigurno cemo se vratiti.

Sve pohvale . Osoblje ljubazno, sobe se čiste svakog dana. Posteljina se menja svakog drugog dana, kao i peškiri. Na vratima i prozorima ima senzora, alarm, tako da smo novac i pasoše čuvali u sobi. Gde šta ostavimo tu i zateknemo. Bazen se čisti svakog jutra. Ljudi ne staju, čak i ležaljke peru sapunicom. Plaža je blizu...1min hodanja, super market odmah pored, pekara na 50-tak metara. Jedan dan smo i rostiljali.. ima sve obezbeđeno. Dobili smo flašu vina sa Lefkade na poklon. SVAKA PREPORUKA!!!

Sjajno mesto za letovanje! Ciste i prostrane sobe, veoma dobro opremljene. Vlasnici su mislili na svaki detalj: od kuhinje koja ima sve sto vam je potrebno, do toplomera, fena, pegle, sredstva protiv komaraca... Sobe se ciste svakog dana. Tu je jos i dvoriste sa dosta cveca i prirodnog hlada, odrzavano i uredno, bazen, prostor za rostilj, parking. Odlicna lokacija: pored smestaja je veliki market, a restorani, kafici, plaza udaljeni neki 10-ak minuta hoda. Takodje odlicna polazna tacka za obilazak najlepsih plaza na ostrvu. Vlasnici jako ljubazni! Sve pohvale! Takodje sve pohvale za @nikana.gr - kao i uvek, opisi smestaja tacni i precizni, tim vrlo profesional i predusretljiv! Bravo i samo nastavite! :)
