Accommodation description

Heliotropia Houses is a newer complex located in the town of Vasiliki, surrounded by spacious green gardens. Guests have access to a large pool and a pleasant corner for relaxation in the shade of the gazebo. The accommodation units are comfortable and provide a pleasant atmosphere for a stay.

The accommodation is approximately 300 meters away from the town beach and about 550 meters from the center. The first grocery store is located next to the accommodation, while the bakery is about 20 meters away.

The property offers nine apartments, three of which are for four people and six for five people.

One-bedroom apartments, bungalows (40m2) can accommodate four people and have one double bed and a sofa where two children up to 12 years old can sleep.

Two-level apartments, maisonettes (60m2) can accommodate five people. The upper level has one bedroom with a double bed, while the ground floor has a living room with a sofa for two people and another sofa where one person can sleep.

The property is equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, iron, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a stove with four burners and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower cabins, while the maisonettes also have an additional toilet on the ground floor. All accommodation units have a balcony or a fenced veranda on the ground floor.

The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, where you can find a pool with sun loungers, as well as a gazebo with a shared barbecue.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days. Pets are allowed upon request, respecting the property’s rules.

Private parking is provided for all accommodation guests.

Heliotropia Houses represents a peaceful retreat, ideal for families and groups of friends. It is located in an excellent location, close to the center and all important amenities, while being secluded from noise and crowds.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
