Located in Kleitor, in the mountainous region of the Peloponnese, Peloponnese Getaway - Kleitor Stone Villa is a stone house spread across several levels, offering a different experience of Greece, far removed from the usual seaside setting. Surrounded by nature and landscapes that invite exploration, it is an excellent base for walking, visiting waterfalls and discovering the natural beauty, traditional villages and hidden corners of this part of Greece. The warm interior and distinctive stone architecture create an inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind after a day spent outdoors.

The three-bedroom apartment extends over three levels: the ground floor, first floor and attic, and can accommodate up to nine adults. The ground floor features a living room, dining area and kitchen, while the three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The attic provides additional sleeping space and a small kitchen. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a fold-out armchair. The attic, which is accessed through one of the bedrooms, features a double bed that is narrower than standard size.

For a pleasant stay throughout the year, the apartment is equipped with gas heating, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The kitchen includes four ceramic hobs, a large oven and a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A hairdryer is also available in the bathroom.

Each bedroom has access to its own balcony, while the ground floor opens onto a veranda connected to the yard. Guests can also enjoy a covered outdoor gazebo, ideal for relaxing outdoors, having a morning coffee or spending the evening together after a day exploring the surrounding area. The variety of outdoor spaces adds to the appeal of the house, giving guests several options for enjoying the peaceful surroundings of Kleitor.

Dogs weighing up to 15 kg are allowed upon prior request at the time of booking and for an additional fee.

During their stay, guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean. A spare set of bed linen and towels is also provided, which guests can change and wash themselves. Bed linen and towel changes, as well as villa cleaning services, can be arranged for an additional fee.

Guests have access to four private parking spaces.

Peloponnese Getaway - Kleitor Stone Villa is located in Kleitor, in the lush mountainous region of the Peloponnese, known for its forests, springs and walking trails. Nature lovers can explore the surrounding area and visit the Platanos Forest in Planitero, 15 km away, as well as the Cave of the Lakes, one of the region’s most fascinating natural attractions. Kalavryta, approximately 30 km away, draws visitors with its historical landmarks, traditional character and the famous railway line running through the Vouraikos Gorge. The nearest airport is Araxos Airport, 110 km from the accommodation, making it possible to arrive by plane and continue the journey by car.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
