Anassa Suites is a sustainable aparthotel (ZERO Carbon Footprint) in Leptokaria, offering free WiFi, a garden, and a terrace. Guests can take in the sea views and spend some time on the beach. The property features mountain and city views and is 50 meters from Leptokarya Beach. The property provides a children‘s playground, private parking, and an electric vehicle charging station. The aparthotel will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a stovetop, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Some units include a seating area and/or a balcony. At the aparthotel, every unit includes bed linen and towels. For those nights when you’d rather not dine out, you can choose to cook in your kitchenette. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
