Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Traditional Olympus Villa is located in the peaceful town of Katerini, in the hinterland of the seaside resort of Palaios Panteleimon, near Skotina, one of the largest settlements in the Pieria region. It is situated in a traditional Greek mountain village, offering guests a unique blend of authentic ambiance and a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. From its position, it provides a spectacular view of the majestic Olympus while exuding the warmth of a welcoming atmosphere. It is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, combining natural beauty with traditional charm and comfort.
The villa is spacious and spread over two levels. On the first level, the ground floor features a large living room with a kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The second level, on the first floor, includes another spacious living room and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed for two people.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
In this accommodation, which is not air-conditioned but has a fan, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a Smart TV with Netflix access, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove with four burners, a large oven, a microwave, two refrigerators—a large fridge with a freezer and a standard fridge with a freezing compartment—a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
