Sweet Home Chaido accommodation is located in Agios Nikolaos, a nice village in the north of Sithonia. It is a modernly equipped house, renovated in 2021, and can be a great choice for guests for whom the proximity of the beach is not crucial when choosing an accommodation.

The nearest beach, which is one of the most beautiful in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda, is located 3.5km from the accommodation, while the center of the village with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and other contents is about 150m away.

Guests have at their disposal the ground floor of the house, which consists of a living room and two bedrooms, and the maximum capacity is five adults. The owners live on the first floor of the house.

In each bedroom there is one double bed, while in the living room there are two sofas. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped, it has a dining table, large refrigerator with freezer, large oven and induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and necessary utensils. The house has one bathroom with shower cabin and one toilet with a washing machine.

The house has two TVs, internet, air conditioning.

Guests are provided with parking and mobile barbecue in the yard.

If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location in an authentic Greek village, Sweet Home Chaido can be a good choice.

An excellent accommodation, with a friendly owner always at your service. We were alone in the accommodation, with no other units for rent, everything as described on the website.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
