Oxana on the Beach House is located in the front row by the sea near the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. The center of the village, where taverns, pastry shops, pizzerias, post office, two churches, as well as the only police station and the only health center in Sithonia are located, is 5km away.
This accommodation unit is a maisonette on two levels and is intended for the accommodation of up to seven people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double bed each and an additional bathroom.
A baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional cost.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, with an independent air conditioning unit in all bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea from the veranda equipped with seating furniture or from the balcony.
Guests can make their stay enjoyable by preparing barbecue with family and friends in the well-maintained yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owner and with an additional cleaning fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing towels and bed linen, which are provided. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Parking is provided for guests.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
