Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Amazing View By The Pool 2 Villa is located near the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 3.5 km from the famous sandy beach of Trani Ammouda. The villa is situated on an elevated position, offering an open and breathtaking view of the turquoise-blue sea and the surrounding landscape. Thanks to this location, guests can enjoy peace, privacy, and a complete sense of relaxation. The property also features a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying warm summer days. The area is quiet and pleasant, away from the crowds, yet close enough to all essential amenities. Agios Nikolaos enchants visitors with its narrow cobblestone streets, stone-facade houses, abundant flowers, and a charming square that gives the village a unique character. In the square, there are several taverns, confectioneries, pizzerias, and traditional cafes, where guests can experience the authentic local atmosphere.
The apartment with four bedrooms is spread over multiple levels, organized in semi-levels rather than traditional floors. It is suitable for up to ten adults. From the main entrance, reached by climbing six steps, guests enter directly into the living room, located on the raised ground floor. Climbing an additional seven steps leads to the first level, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the main entrance, descending five steps brings you to the ground floor, which includes one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Descending another seven steps leads to the basement level, which is naturally lit, has regular windows, and includes a kitchen, another bedroom, and a bathroom. Three bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds pushed together, and the living room has a sofa bed for two people.
Upon request and at no extra cost, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with units in the living room and one bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee mixer for Nescafé, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The basement kitchen is equipped with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, while the ground floor kitchen has a small oven and two hobs.
In a pleasant setting with views of the pool and the sea, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony, both furnished with seating for relaxation.
Within the large and well-maintained courtyard, shared with another villa, guests can use the communal pool with sun loungers and enjoy the barbecue area with family and friends in the gazebo with an outdoor dining space.
Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean property and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An extra set of towels and bed linen is provided, but guests are responsible for changing them. There is a mandatory final cleaning service after departure, which is charged separately.
Private parking for up to four cars is available for guests.
