Agios Nikolaos enchants visitors with its narrow cobbled streets, stone-facade houses, an abundance of flowers, and a charming square with taverns, a pastry shop, a pizzeria, and cafés, creating a unique atmosphere. The nearest beach is approximately 3 km from the property.

Three modernly equipped apartments are available.

Apartment Myrtia is located on the ground floor and is designed for two adults and one child up to 12 years old. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed suitable for a child.

Apartment Rodia is situated on the first floor and accommodates up to six people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional toilet within one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single sofa beds.

Apartment Elia is also on the first floor and accommodates up to five people. It includes two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom is elevated and accessible by stairs. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a single sofa bed.

These air-conditioned units, with individual air conditioning in each room, offer guests a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The Deluxe Myrtia apartment also includes a dishwasher.

Upon request and at no extra charge, guests can use a baby crib and a high chair.

Guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony with a view of the courtyard or the mountains, furnished with seating sets. The well-maintained courtyard offers natural shade, where guests can enjoy a gazebo, seating areas, or prepare a barbecue while children play on the playground.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
