DS Olea Apartments represents a modernly furnished and comfortable accommodation located in Agios Nikolaos, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. The property, situated 1.85 km from the nearest beach and 900 m from the town center, is the perfect place for a holiday for couples, families or friends in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation and unwinding from everyday obligations and city life.
The accommodation consists of one studio and one apartment, both located on the ground floor. The studio is intended for a maximum of two adults and consists of an open sleeping area and a bathroom. The apartment, intended for a maximum of four adults, features a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Guests staying in the studio sleep in a double bed, while in the apartment, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa for two people is available in the living room.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon the guests’ prior request, at the time of booking.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, with an air-conditioning unit installed in the living room, while in the case of the apartment, an additional unit is also located in the bedroom, providing guests with the highest level of comfort during periods of extremely high temperatures. Both accommodation units are equipped with WiFi internet connection, as well as a newer-generation smart TV located in the living room and in the bedroom. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a built-in hob with two glass-ceramic burners, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, as well as a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine and hairdryer.
In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy using the private veranda, ideal for spending time in the fresh air immediately before or after trips to the beach, as well as for having coffee or enjoying a pleasant meal outdoors, considering that it is equipped with seating and dining furniture.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Cleaning and bed linen and towel replacement services are provided halfway through the stay for all reservations lasting six days or longer. In the case of reservations shorter than six days, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment, while cleaning and bed linen and towel replacement services are not provided.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
