Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Kalliopis Villa is located on the beach in a small and quiet place named Gerakini, in the heart of Halkidiki. All accommodation units have a beautiful sea view, while the spacious surrounding fields with palm, olive, orange and lemon trees, make the whole ambience more than pleasant. The building is nicely maintained, it's equipped modestly but decent, it has a large and nicely arranged courtyard and private parking.
The private beach is just 18 stairs away from the backyard. The city center, with a market, bakery, several restaurants and tourist shops, is about 1km away.
Villa offers one apartment and 15 studios (24-35m2) for 2-4 people, 10 are double, three are triple and two quadruple studios. All accommodation units have a veranda with sitting furniture and a sea view.
Double studios (24m2) are located on the first floor, they have two single beds (some of them have a drawer bed and can be triple), triple studios (32m2) have three single beds, while quadruple studios (35m2) have two connected single beds and two bunk beds.
The apartment is located in the second building (where the reception is) on the ground floor, it has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a kitchen with an oven and a single bed and a bathroom. It's suitable for five adults.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with hotplates and fridge with small freezer compartment and a shower without curtain in the bathroom. If needed, baby cot or extra bed are available with an additional charge. Some units have mosquito nets, some don't. Terraces on the ground floor are not completely enclosed. There is a ramp for disabled persons in the accommodation, but the bathrooms are not adapted for them. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
Guests can use a private parking, gazebo and reception with water machine. The spacious courtyard is fantastically arranged for adults to hang around and children to play. There are sun beds, outdoor shower, two barbecues, playground for children (bench, slide, swings, trampoline ...), sitting sets, lots of greenery and natural shade.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn off the main road to the right at the traffic lights (Poligiros intersection), then turn to the next street left and continue ahead for about 3,3km.
Kalliopis Villa can be a great choice for guests looking for a clean and safe accommodation on the beach, in a quiet environment far from the city noise.
