Our description
The Kalliopis Villa is located on the beach in a small and quiet place named Gerakini, in the heart of Halkidiki. All accommodation units have a beautiful sea view, while the spacious surrounding fields with palm, olive, orange and lemon trees, make the whole ambience more than pleasant. The building is nicely maintained, it's equipped modestly but decent, it has a large and nicely arranged courtyard and private parking.
The private beach is just 18 stairs away from the backyard. The city center, with a market, bakery, several restaurants and tourist shops, is about 1km away.
Villa offers one apartment and 15 studios (24-35m2) for 2-4 people, 10 are double, three are triple and two quadruple studios. All accommodation units have a veranda with sitting furniture and a sea view.
Double studios (24m2) are located on the first floor, they have two single beds (some of them have a drawer bed and can be triple), triple studios (32m2) have three single beds, while quadruple studios (35m2) have two connected single beds and two bunk beds.
The apartment is located in the second building (where the reception is) on the ground floor, it has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a kitchen with an oven and a single bed and a bathroom. It's suitable for five adults.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with hotplates and fridge with small freezer compartment and a shower without curtain in the bathroom. If needed, baby cot or extra bed are available with an additional charge. Some units have mosquito nets, some don't. Terraces on the ground floor are not completely enclosed. There is a ramp for disabled persons in the accommodation, but the bathrooms are not adapted for them. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
Guests can use a private parking, gazebo and reception with water machine. The spacious courtyard is fantastically arranged for adults to hang around and children to play. There are sun beds, outdoor shower, two barbecues, playground for children (bench, slide, swings, trampoline ...), sitting sets, lots of greenery and natural shade.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn off the main road to the right at the traffic lights (Poligiros intersection), then turn to the next street left and continue ahead for about 3,3km.
Kalliopis Villa can be a great choice for guests looking for a clean and safe accommodation on the beach, in a quiet environment far from the city noise.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Iskreno za novac koji sam dao ocekivao sam vise. Smestaj je na lepom mestu, na parkingu uvek ima slobodnog mesta, domacini i zaposleni su izuzetno ljubazni, smestajna jedinica se cisti svakog dana, terasa lepa sa prelepim pogledom na more. A sad da napisem sta nevalja: 1. Studio apartman premal za tri osobe (2 odrasle i 1 dete). 2. Kupatilo takodje malo, pogotovo tus kabina. Istusirati se je prava avantura. 3. Komarnik na kupatilu pocepan, ulaze komarci. 4. Na terasi je nemoguce sedetii jesti zbog sunca koje greje terasu posle 13 casova pa sve do zalaska(posto se sto za jelo nalazi na terasi) osim za dorucak kad aje na terasi prijatno. Ne postoji tenda koja bi stitila od sunca. 5. Dorucak koji smo debelo platili, jednolican svakog dana isti, po koji moras otici licno do recepcije i preuzeti ga. Ne postoji prostor za obedovanje vec se dorucak uzina na recepciji i obeduje se u sobi. 6. Salamu koju smo dobijali za dorucak svakog dana ista i loseg kvaliteta, bez izbora. Sta ti oni spreme to jedes. STRASNO. 7. Decije igraliste skoro pa neupotrebljivo, neuredno, sprave za igranje ostecene. Nebezbedne za igru dece. 8. Obecane lezaljke na plazi, moras sam da nosis i da vracas, skroz neprofesionalno. Pritom niko se od vlasnika vile nije potrudio da ocisti travu koju je more iznelo na obalu vec su gosti to radili. Sve u svemu, najveca je zamerka na hranu i nekonfornost studija. Kad smo hteli da rucamo i veceramo morali smo to da radim na krevetu ili da spremamo sendvice jer nismo imali sto unutar sobe a na terasi je bilo nemoguce jesti iz razloga jakog sunca koje je obasjavalo terasu preko celog dana izuzev jutra. Smestaj je ispunio ocekivanja. Domacini su ljubazni usluzni I nenametljivi. Sobe se ciste svakog dana, vrt je lepo uređen I održavan. Lokacija je veoma mirna I pogodna za odmor.

Postovani, da li imate slobodno u terminu od 26.7. - 01.08. Šest nocenja za dve odrasle osobe i decu od 8 i 6godine, s tim sto bih francuski i singl krevet. Mladje dete bi spavalo sa nama i koja je cena? Hvala unapred
