Hotel Description

Gmare Studios is an accommodation in a very quiet place named Gerakini, at the beginning of Sithonia. It is a completely new building (2018), very functional, comfortable and well-equipped with quality and modern furniture, and it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The beach is about 300m far away, mostly sandy and several kilometers long, but in the part close to the accommodation there’s a bit of gravel and some big stones at the gradual entrance to the water. Although the tourist offer is generally modest in Gerakini, there are beach facilities, sun loungers and parasols, beach bars, taverns, cafe bars and water sports.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find a bakery, a well-supplied supermarket in less than half a kilometer and about a 1km away, in the mini-shopping mall, there are fast food restaurant (giros), several boutiques and a great pastry shop.

Gmare Studios has 12 accommodation units, six double studios and six maisonettes with a gallery that can accommodate up to four people.

Double studios are located on the ground floor and they have one double bed, TV, A/C, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Some of them have a grassy surface in front of the terrace with a set for sitting and relaxing, while the others have a terrace without lawn in front. Terraces of all studios are separated by an impenetrable glass.

Quadruple maisonettes are located on the upper floor and they have two levels. On the first level, there’s a sofa bed (folding into a bed for two people with two standard quality mattresses), TV, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and an exit to a private balcony with a set for sitting and dining. Fenced stairs lead to the gallery above with one double bed, another TV and A/C.

The kitchen in all accommodation units is supplied with necessary utensils and cutlery, hotplates, refrigerator with a small freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. The accommodation features satellite TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets on all windows and drying rack, while on request you can get a baby cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after two days.

The yard includes a small but nicely decorated grassy space in front of the accommodation. Private parking is not available, but there’s more than enough space next to the accommodation, so there’s no problem with parking here.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn right from the main road at the first turning after the traffic lights (Poligiros intersection) and continue driving for another 1,5km.

Gmare Studios would be a good choice for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday without crowds and noise, in a quality accommodation near the beach.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
