Sunset Villa is a newly built property that will welcome its first guests in 2024. It is located 500m away from the beach in Gerakini, a very peaceful place at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, intended for those who seek an exceptionally tranquil vacation. It boasts a promenade along the sea that is not overcrowded, perfect for evening strolls with your family.

The three-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette on two levels, features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a toilet on the lower level, which is at ground level. On the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room. Each bedroom in this apartment, designed to accommodate up to six adults, is furnished with a double bed.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high-feeding chair for babies are available.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room, as well as both bedrooms on the upper level, have an independent cooling unit, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, a smart flat-screen TV, both in the living room and each bedroom on the upper level, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a drying machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a ness frappe machine, a juicer, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
