If you’re looking for a guaranteed peace during holiday, friendly owners and top-level hygiene, Meltemi House is the right choice for you. Built in the vicinity of a beautiful beach in Kalamitsi, this accommodation is a great choice for families with children because everything is at your fingertips, and the friendly owners will make your stay even more pleasant.

The accommodation is located in a street without traffic, so you will find yourself in an oasis of peace. The nearest beach, market, taverns and cafes are at only 160m.

Within Meltemi House is another accommodation also, Aggeliki House. It is one facility but two owners who shared accommodation units.

Of six quadruple studios (24m2 + 7m2 balcony), one is located on the ground floor and it has one double bed and bunk beds. Three are located on the first floor (one with bunk beds and two with two single beds), while two are on the second floor, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds. Five triple studios (21m2 + 7m2 balcony) have one double bed and one single bed. One is on the ground floor, two on the first and two on the second. One double studio (18m2 + 5m2 balcony) is located on the ground floor and it has one double bed.

The studios are air-conditioned, they have a TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with hotplates and a small fridge, mosquito nets on the balcony door, hairdryer and a terrace with table, chairs and a frontyard view and street view. The bathroom has an enclosed showering area without curtain. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are performed after three days.

The courtyard with a beautiful lawn is located behind the house, as well as a gazebo with benches and tables. In the front, there are two outdoor showers, while a private parking with enough space is on a rented space next to the accommodation.

Follow the main street next to the beach towards the tavern Dimitris, turn left before the tavern to the half asphalted alley and 120m later you will see Meltemi House on the left.

If you are looking for accommodation with good price and quality ration, on a great location, close to one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, but in a quiet environment, Meltemi House is the right choice for your holiday.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
