House Stella Studios And Apartments is located in a small and peaceful village, Kalamitsi, in the southern part of Sithonia, which is an excellent choice for those seeking a tranquil and relaxed vacation.

The sandy town beach is only 100m away from the accommodation, as well as taverns and markets.

Within this establishment, there are eight double studios, eight triple studios, and three apartments available. All apartments are situated on the ground floor, while four double and four triple studios are located on the first and second floors.

The double studios feature a French bed or two single beds, the triple studios have one French bed and one single bed, while the four-bed apartments include a French bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with complimentary WiFi, TV, hairdryer in double studios and apartments, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners in the studios and an oven with two burners and a small oven in the apartments, a fridge with a freezer compartment in the studios, while the apartments are equipped with a large fridge with a freezer.

The bathrooms have a shower cabin or a curtainless shower.

All studios have balconies, while apartments have private verandas furnished with seating sets.

Guests have access to a barbecue in the yard, but its usage is not allowed during rest hours and after 10 pm.

Upon request and for an additional fee of €25 per day, small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

One parking space per accommodation unit is provided for the guests of Stella House.

The accommodation is excellent. It is just a few steps away from the beach. Parking is provided in the courtyard. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and available 24 hours a day.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
