Nice yard, vicinity of the city center, the kindness of the owner and internet access - are just some of the advantages of accommodation Georgiadou Apartments in Metamorfosi, in the so-called airy spa of Sithonia.

The accommodation is located 350m from the beach and about 160m from the center with shops and taverns. The station for a bus to/from Thessaloniki is about 160m far.

Accommodation is located on the edge of Metamorfosi, on a small hill. It consists of two buildings within the same yard. It has apartments with one bedroom for two or four personsadults, as well as apartments with two bedrooms for four and five persons. Apartments with two bedrooms are located in the A building, on the first or second floor. Two-bed apartment with one bedroom is located in the B building, on the high ground floor. In the new building are quadruple apartments.

There are three apartments with one bedroom. Two with a pair of double beds narrower than the standard ones and one with a double bed narrower than the standard one. These apartments are, compared to the others, slightly newer and better, with air conditioning, TV and internet. The kitchenette is equipped with double hot plate and with a refrigerator.

There are two quadruple apartments. They have two air conditioners, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a fully equipped kitchen, with a stove, refrigerator with freezer and all necessary utensils.

Two quintuple apartments have two air conditioners, two bedrooms with three i.e. two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are quite spacious and they have a shower tray with curtain. Only these apartments have mosquito nets.

All accommodation units have a terrace separated by glass panels, with awning, drying rack and a table with chairs. Replacement of bed linen is done every fifth day. Towels are not provided. The use of air conditioners is extra charged in June and September.

The yard is spacious and full of greenery, with lawn and natural shade. It’s enclosed and has toys, so it’s a real paradise for children, but also for adults. Guests can use a barbecue and sitting areas. Private parking is not available, but the owners advise guests to park cars in the woods across the street because there’s always enough space and natural shade.

After entering Metamorphosis, drive straight ahead for 265m (you’ll see Maik’s Rooms and Bakolas bakery on the way so you will know that you are on the right track) and then turn to the street on the right. Drive for 160m till the end of the street, then turn to the right and 60m later you’ll reach Georgiadou Apartments.

Georgiadou Apartments is the right choice for guests who are not demanding and searching for tranquillity and vicinity of the nature.

The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, well-furnished, situated in a great location in a quiet area opposite the pine forest, and just a 5-minute walk from the center. The owners are very kind.

The accommodation is excellent, spacious, and clean. The pine forest is right there, providing shade. The hill also brings a gentle breeze... Perfect!

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
