Bella Maria Villa is one of the most beautiful accommodations near the beach in Metamorfosi. It is a nice, modern and finely decorated accommodation, with good price and quality ratio. Out of crowds and noise, surrounded by pine and olive trees, it offers its guests a relaxing holiday and amenities such as: a gym, swimming pool, cafe-bar, playground and a guaranteed private parking place.

It's located 200m away from the beach and about 500m away from the city center of Metamorfosi. The nearest supermarket is 150m away, while the bakery is 350m away.

The villa has 11 accommodation units, five maisonettes on the first floor and five apartments on the ground floor, as well as one maisonette on the ground floor.

Maisonette (75m2) can accommodate maximum five persons. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two there is a single bed, while in the living room there is sofa. It has one bathroom with bathtub and one toilet.

Maisonettes (45m2) for four adults and one child have a living room with kitchen and one folding sofa, and a separate bedroom with one double bed on the lower level. The inner stairs lead to illuminated gallery with a window and two single beds.

Apartments (35m2) for three adults and a child have one sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen (with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed) and the separate bedroom with one double bed. Because of the shape of the terrain, the bedroom looks like it's located in the basement (back view of the building).

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have plasma TV with satellite channels, internet, bathroom with an edged showering area (except in the big maisonette where is a bathtub) and curtain, kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment (in the big maisonette is a large one), necessary dishes, hotplates (in the big maisonettes is a stove) and microwave), balcony equipped with sitting set and a drying rack, hairdryer, safe box and iron, and, if necessary, a baby cot can be added. Replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after five days. Guests are maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation unit by themselves. There is a possibility of using the washing machine, while the big maisonette has it own washing machine.

In the green surroundings, beautifully arranged, enclosed and spacious courtyard, guests can use a swimming pool for children and adults, sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor shower, bar, gazebo, facilities and playground for children, barbecue and a private parking for all guests.

After turning off the main road to Metamorfosi, continue towards the sea till the end of the street, then turn left and drive for another 300m and you'll see villa.

Bella Maria Villa is a good choice for families looking to spend a peaceful and safe holiday in a modern and high quality accommodation.

Villa Bella Maria consists of 10 apartments built on a 2500m2 site. It has its own parking and the apartments are surrounded by a grassy area with pine and olive trees.

Five maisonettes have a lounge, kitchenette and two bedrooms. The maisonette (45m2) accommodates a family with four adults and one child. On the first floor, there's a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with one double bed. The second floor has one bedroom with two single beds.

Five apartments have a lounge, kitchenette and one bedroom. All apartments have their own entrance and large balconies or terrace. The apartment (35m2) accommodates a family with three adults and one child. It has a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and one bedroom with a double bed. It is possible to add one extra bed too.
