Bella Maria Villa is one of the most beautiful accommodations near the beach in Metamorfosi. It is a lovely, modern, and tastefully decorated facility, offering a good balance between price and quality. Away from the crowds and noise, surrounded by pine trees and olive trees, it promises its guests a relaxing holiday and provides amenities such as a pool, a coffee bar, a children’s playground, and guaranteed private parking.
It is located 200m from the beach and about 500m from the center of Metamorfosi. The nearest supermarket is at 150m, and the bakery is at 350m.
The villa has 11 accommodation units, five maisonettes on two levels on the first floor, five apartments on the ground floor, and one more maisonette on two levels on the ground floor.
The maisonette (75m2) can accommodate up to five people. It has one bedroom with a double bed, two other bedrooms with a single bed each, and a sofa in the living room. It features one bathroom with a bathtub and one toilet.
The maisonettes (45m2) with a capacity of 4+1 on the lower level have a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. Internal stairs lead to an airy gallery with a window, where there are two single beds.
The apartments (35m2) with a capacity of 3+1 have a sofa in the living room with a kitchen, while the bedroom has a double bed. Due to the specific terrain, the apartments are arranged in such a way that, from the back of the building, the bedroom is located in the basement.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a plasma TV with satellite channels, internet, a bathroom with a shower enclosed by a small wall and a curtain, a kitchen (a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment (only in the larger maisonette there is a large one), necessary dishes, a stove with two burners (in the larger maisonette there is a stove) and a microwave), a balcony equipped with seating furniture and a clothes dryer, a hairdryer, a safe, and an iron, and if needed, a baby cot can be provided. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation unit. There is a possibility of using a washing machine, while the large maisonette has its own washing machine inside.
In a green surrounded, beautifully landscaped, fenced, and spacious yard, guests have at their disposal: pools for children and adults, sun loungers and umbrellas, a shower, a bar, a gazebo, facilities and a playground for children, barbecue grills, and private parking with a designated spot for all guests.
After turning off the main road to Metamorfosis, continue straight towards the sea until the end of the street, then turn left and drive for about 300m, and you will see the villa.
Bella Maria Villa is a good choice for families looking to spend a peaceful and safe holiday in a modern and quality accommodation.

An excellent location for exploring the beaches of Sithonia. The entire complex is impeccably maintained, and the owners are exceptionally kind. There is almost no internet in the rooms.
