Bella Maria Villa is one of the most beautiful accommodations near the beach in Metamorfosi. It is a lovely, modern, and tastefully decorated facility, offering a good balance between price and quality. Away from the crowds and noise, surrounded by pine trees and olive trees, it promises its guests a relaxing holiday and provides amenities such as a pool, a coffee bar, a children’s playground, and guaranteed private parking.
It is located 200m from the beach and about 500m from the center of Metamorfosi. The nearest supermarket is 150m away, while the nearest bakery is 350m away.
The villa offers 12 accommodation units: six maisonettes spread over two levels on the first floor and six apartments located on the ground floor.
The ground-floor apartments can accommodate up to three adults and one child. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people. Due to the terrain configuration, the apartments are designed so that, when viewed from the rear side of the building, the bedroom is located on the semi-basement level.
The 4+1 maisonettes feature a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed on the lower level, as well as a separate bedroom with one double bed. Internal stairs lead to a bright loft gallery with a window, where there are two single beds.
The two-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five adults. The lower level, located on the first floor, consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, while the upper level, located on the second floor, features the second bedroom. The lower-level bedroom has one double bed, while the upper-level bedroom is furnished with two joined single beds. The living room has a sofa for one person.
A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two or four hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an electric kettle. The two-bedroom apartment is additionally equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a full-size oven, and a dishwasher. Some units have their own washing machine, while guests staying in the other units can use a laundry service for an additional charge.
Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation unit. A washing machine is available for use at an additional charge, while the large maisonette and Apartment No. 11 have their own washing machine.
In the spacious, beautifully landscaped, fenced courtyard surrounded by greenery, guests have access to swimming pools for children and adults, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a bar, a gazebo, children’s facilities and a playground, barbecue facilities, and private parking with a guaranteed space for every guest.
After turning off the main road into Metamorfosi, continue straight towards the sea until the end of the street. Then turn left and continue for about 300m, where you will see the villa.
