The accommodation is excellent and comfortable. It is situated in a prime location for exploring Sithonia. The yard is spacious and beautifully landscaped, filled with greenery and natural shade. There is ample parking available for all guests. The owner is friendly, always present yet unobtrusive. He is always there if something is needed. The accommodation is close to the beach (although that beach in the town is not particularly impressive), it may be interesting for those who enjoy the stones in the water. However, we do not evaluate the beach but the accommodation, which is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The accommodation comes highly recommended.

The yard is beautiful, especially for children. The owners regularly maintain both the pool and the yard itself. The apartment is cleaned every 5 days. They are friendly and willing to accommodate requests. The location is excellent, with bakeries and shops nearby, as well as the city center. The nearby beach is nothing special, but if you have a car, there are beautiful beaches in the vicinity. The internet is quite weak, which I would highlight as a downside. We had a wonderful time, and our 14-month-old daughter truly enjoyed it, especially since she could walk barefoot on the grass.

Dear Nikana, This was our first time vacationing through your agency, and we were unsure of what to expect. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we immediately felt welcomed by the owners. Given that our group consisted of nine people, ranging from 5 to 70 years old, we were uncertain about what would suit each individual. Nevertheless, everyone was thrilled with the accommodation, the hospitality of the hosts, and the cleanliness… everything was perfect. An excellent location for exploring the beaches of Sithonia. The entire complex is impeccably maintained, and the owners are exceptionally kind. There is almost no internet in the rooms.

A beautiful courtyard with pleasant shade, while the pool is always basking in the sun. The entire courtyard and complex are excellently maintained. The owner or someone from their team is present all day long (the owner actually lives in the same complex), and the response to every request we made was swift (for instance, the battery replacement in the safe). In any case, we highly recommend this accommodation and the owner. We did not use the air conditioning at all (from June 20th to July 4th). Due to the courtyard and lush vegetation, it was a bit challenging to fend off wasps while dining on the terrace (on the ground floor). This did not bother us much since we are not afraid of wasps, but it might be an issue for someone else. Otherwise, wasps are present everywhere, even on the beach.

All praise goes to the owners, wonderful people! They are always available. The accommodation is clean and beautiful, with a yard that is ideal for children. The location is splendid, nestled in a pine forest, and we drove to the beaches nearby. 😄

The villa met our expectations based on the description. The yard, which includes shade, a lawn, a pool, and a grill, is beautifully arranged and perfect for small children. As for the apartment itself, the living room is quite spacious, the kitchen is adequate (it could be a bit better equipped, for instance, it lacks an additional cup, and a cutting board is not present in every apartment...), and the bedroom is somewhat cramped if you are using a crib for a child. There is enough parking space for everyone. What I consider a drawback is that there is no hot water during the night and early morning, likely due to the use of solar water heaters. We, with a small baby, found this lacking for bathing, washing bottles, and so on. Additionally, the internet in the apartment is practically non-existent (the apartment is on the ground floor), while it is fine in the yard and on the terrace. Overall, we are satisfied and would choose this accommodation again if we come with a child.

One of the most beautiful accommodations we have stayed in. Quite spacious, comfortable, and adequately equipped for a family of four. What sets it apart from other accommodations in the area is the garden, lush with greenery and meticulously maintained by the owner. Additionally, there are facilities for children and a pool that is regularly cleaned. The owner is always present but unobtrusive, and you won't even notice him. He speaks English very well and is there for anything you might need. For a family vacation, it is hard to find a better accommodation in Metamorfosis. We highly recommend it.

The pool in the yard is lovely and well-maintained. The nearest beach is not particularly attractive; it is rocky. It is about 800 meters away from the main beach in Metamorfos. The overall location of the area is great for those who wish to explore the surrounding beaches by car, of which there are many. It is an excellent place for families with young children. One downside I would mention is the very weak internet connection in the accommodation. It is only available on the terrace and in the yard. Additionally, the accommodation lacks an oven, so nothing can be baked, which may be a drawback for families.

My family and I are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The spacious apartment is comfortable and perfectly suited for us, as we are indeed a large family of six. The villa is not bad; the owner of the house is always present and ready to assist. There is a pool, a large yard, and a cool oasis of peace for the children. All in all, one of the three apartments is luxurious, but it is far from true luxury; nothing has been invested in the last 11 years. The hygiene is not at a commendable level, similar to other apartments in Greece.

The villa is situated not far from the sea, on a hillside, and the host is exceptionally kind and constantly present in the yard. We stayed on the upper floor, which was somewhat bothersome; staying on the ground floor would have been preferable, given that he cleaned the pools daily of needles, watered the grass, and mowed the lawn and fence in the evenings for two days when all the guests were at the villa. Therefore, if you enjoy a bit of noise and constant interaction with the host, this is the choice for you. He asked us not to let the children sit on the swing by the pool in their wet swimsuits. Regarding complaints, the apartment is dysfunctional and small for the price. The so-called gallery, which is supposed to be the second bedroom, is impractical and overly warm. Access to it is via extremely steep stairs. Otherwise, the apartment is equipped with kitchen essentials and is quite clean. The bathroom is not the newest, but it is perfectly decent. We visited in the peak season, so there was no parking available, but you can park in front. The villa is close to a shop and a bakery.

The impressions are exclusively positive. The hosts are diligent, unobtrusive people, always ready to help. The rooms are nicely furnished with all the basic necessities required during the stay.

Our stay at Villa Bella Maria exceeded our expectations! We were thrilled with the location, the accommodation, the garden, and most of all, the owner! We spent ten unforgettable days in the company of cheerful families and a wonderful host.

The villa deserves every praise. The beautiful courtyard with a pool, the apartment is quite decent and fully equipped. Everything is clean and tidy. One complaint is that they do not have mosquito nets on the windows, but the owner Odisej mentioned that he will work on that. Another complaint is that the internet does not work very well, but there are solutions for that (you should ask Odisej). Otherwise, the owners are always present and available whenever something is needed. We are considering returning to the same place next year, but in a larger apartment since we will soon have another family member (another little girl).
