Accommodation description

Chris Apartments is located on the main street at the entrance to Metamorfosis. It is an older and modestly furnished facility, but equipped with all that is necessary for a pleasant stay. Vicinity of the city center and tourist offer, parking space and affordable prices are the main advantages of this accommodation.

The beach is about 500m far, and in close vicinity you will find almost all the facilities that this little place offers: few stores, pastry shops, tavernas, cafes and fast food restaurants. On the ground floor there’s a restaurant Cafe Chez Chris, where you can order barbecue, pasta and pizzas. Supermarket is at 200m and bakery at 100m.

Chris Apartments has four double, four triple and two duplex apartments. All accommodation units are located on the third floor.

Two double apartments (35m2) have one double bed, while other two double apartments have two single beds in the bedroom. Triple apartments (35m2) have three single beds in the bedroom, or two single beds and an extra bed. Duplex apartments (45m2) have two bedrooms, separate kitchen and bathroom. There are two single beds in each bedroom and the kitchen is located in the passage between the rooms. Both rooms have a private balcony, one with a partial sea view and the other with a view of the road and the forest. Duplex apartments have a large refrigerator with freezer, mini-oven with hotplates and coffee machine in the kitchen, while smaller apartments have small refrigerators with freezer compartment and a mini-oven with hotplates.

The apartments are air-conditioned, all have a private terrace with tables and chairs and drying rack, TV, internet and in the bathrooms there are either an edged showering area with curtain or tiles only. The furniture is wooden and well-kept, and the extra bed is with a thin mattress. There are no mosquito nets. A baby cot can be added in all apartments, free of charge. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at the middle of the stay.

Accommodation does not have a yard, but there is a parking space with natural shade located beside the building.

When coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after turning off the main road to Metamorfosis, at about 100 meters you will see this accommodation on your right and a tavern on the ground floor.

Chris Apartments would be a great choice for guests who are looking for affordable accommodation, in the city center, at location from which all the facilities are easily accessible.

The accommodation is located at the beginning of the main street, right at the entrance to the town, making it ideally positioned for evening strolls. The triple room we stayed in is spacious, with a separate kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Chris is a wonderful host, unobtrusive yet always available in the café on the ground floor, cheerful and ready to assist.

The accommodation and host Hristo delighted us! The lodging is situated at the beginning of the central street, right next to a pine forest. Although it was quite warm outside, we had no need to turn on the air conditioning due to the excellent insulation and ventilation of the apartment. The room was clean, spacious, tidy, and everything was excellent. Parking was easily accessible, and there was no crowding. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 5 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
