A significant drawback of Metamorfoza is the beach, which is not suitable for children due to the afternoon waves and lack of shallow areas. A huge advantage of this place is its small, quiet, and cozy atmosphere, and the prices in restaurants are significantly lower than, for example, in Nikiti. The location is excellent as a base for exploring other beaches on Sithonia, so this did not bother us much.

The owners, a brother and sister named Marialena and Kostas, were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. They greeted us with a gift. Due to a minor issue in the bathroom, which they promptly resolved, they also sent us off with a present. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean! I was pleasantly surprised to find an induction stove. The location is right in the center. The only small drawback is the uncomfortable mattresses, but that has become a standard in apartments throughout Halkidiki. Regardless, I RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION AND THE OWNERS. I would gladly stay at their place again if I return to Metamorfosi.

The accommodation is clean and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed every 4-5 days. Earlier changes are possible; it all depends on the agreement with the host. There is a beautifully landscaped yard, full of greenery, giving you the feeling of being in an exotic place. The owners are very kind and always smiling (younger people) and speak English well, so there are no problems in communication. We stayed in studio 2, which had a lovely terrace surrounded by greenery. The price-quality ratio is quite fair.

The climate in this area is wonderful; we did not use the air conditioning. Nearby the accommodation, there is a great bakery for gyros and a store with the best fruit. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need, and if you require anything, the hosts immediately address your needs and cater to every wish. The apartment is spacious, and the beach is nearby. Although the beach is very close, we often drove to other beaches located 2-3 km away, where we could enjoy the shade of the pines and were almost alone on the beach, which was much more beautiful. We have been vacationing in Greece for years, and this was one of the most beautiful vacations. The hosts were very kind and made an effort to be at our disposal. Highly recommended!

One very good thing: we were there from August 14 to 28 - we didn't turn on the air conditioning even once, there simply was no need. When we vacation in this part of Sithonia again, we will definitely seek the same accommodation. Regarding COVID: Every time someone leaves, Kostas puts a UV sterilizer in the apartment. But a serious UV sterilizer, not those toys you can find online (I talked to him a bit about it, since I am an electrical engineer by profession and was curious... a very serious device, similar to those used in hospitals). After that, Maria comes in and cleans everything thoroughly - they both really take care of it. So, that's it... our vacation flew by, but it was fantastic! P.S. We stayed in a four-person apartment number 8, which is older but exceptionally well-maintained. The apartment is quite spacious compared to others we have stayed in Greece so far. The first room features a kitchen with two beds, while the second room contains a double bed. All beds are equipped with protective covers that are waterproof. Bed linens and towels are changed every five days. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a stove with two burners. The dishes are basic, but they encourage you to ask for anything you might need. We found nothing lacking. The terrace is spacious and separated from the rest of the yard by a low fence. The yard is a true green oasis, surrounded by two newer larger buildings and this older structure. Due to the abundance of greenery, you actually have privacy on your terrace. The apartment is separated from the beach by a road and a parking area. There is a small bar on the beach where all the sun loungers tend to be occupied if you don’t arrive early. Along the entire length, there is a sandy beach with a bit of gravel at the water's edge, followed by sand again. The place is small but has everything you need: a few shops, restaurants, a playground for children, a pharmacy, and a fish market. It is also referred to as an air spa due to the pine forest. Parking is not reserved, but there is always availability around the accommodation.

An excellent accommodation in an ideal location in Metamorfozis, beneath the outstanding restaurant Vasilis, and at the very start of the promenade. The street separates the apartments from the park and the sea. Everything is very close, and safety is at a high level. We did not have a parking space, but there was always a spot available in front or beside the apartment, just a few steps away. Everything looks just like in the pictures, so do not expect anything more than that. We stayed in a four-person apartment on the ground floor. We only turned on the air conditioning a few times as it was truly unnecessary, but it worked well. They have mosquito nets, blinds, and an awning on one terrace; the second terrace overlooking the yard does not require an awning. The barbecue in the yard was not operational (it was recommended not to light a fire), but you could still sit there. The owners make an effort to accommodate all your requests. Mostly, families who have stayed in the same accommodation several times surrounded us. The Wi-Fi was occasionally weak, but the issue was quickly resolved; we even caught a signal in the park.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I noticed that the air conditioning was cooling but was quite noisy. I reached out to Kostas, and after ten minutes, he returned with the information that the air conditioning would be replaced. Within less than 24 hours, a new unit was installed in the apartment. The warm-hearted hosts, Kostas and Marijalena, are always there to assist you and guide you on where to go fishing, which beaches are just right for you, or where to find a mechanic. All praises for the warmth and hospitality that these people possess. If you need anything, feel free to reach out to them, and everything will be taken care of. This is not just a rental property. Stela Haus is a place you always return to with joy.

This is my first time using the services of Nikana, and I am extremely satisfied with their offerings. The accommodation is excellent, everything is clean and well-maintained. There is hot water available at all times. The hosts are very kind and will gladly assist you with advice on beaches, as well as places to eat and fish. All the shops for mixed goods, bakeries, and beaches are nearby. It is a more affordable place with an excellent microclimate, but for larger beaches, be sure to factor in driving. Thankfully, everything is relatively close. As a fishing enthusiast, I managed to catch two pieces of fish (Ciple) in the morning hours, but there is also a local fish market if you catch nothing.
