Description
Kladi Villa is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :)
The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car.The house is air conditioned, it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet, hair dryer. In the accommodation you can buy olive oil, olives and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
In the yard there is a washing machine that guests can use.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days and is included in the price.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
