4-You Boutique is a newly built property, that is just one step away from all the amenities of Metamorfosi. It offers modernly designed, air-conditioned suites for five persons, and guests of this accommodation can enjoy breakfast (buffet) at Aigaio Restaurant.
This accommodation is located in the heart of the small and lovely family resort Metamorfosi, just 150m away from a narrow, sandy-pebble beach. Nearby, right beside the beach, there is a beautifully landscaped park with paved paths, palm trees, tall pines and toys for the youngest. All amenities - several tavernas, pizzerias, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery and souvenirs stores you can find within a three-minute walk (at about 100m). The nearest supermarket Lidl (and a few others) is in Nikiti (7-8km away).
In the offers 12 apartments type suite (32m2) for families of five, with a maximum capacity of four adults or three adults and two children, aged 0-11,99 years. The suites are equipped very similarly - in one room there is a double bed and in the other, that is separated by hald transparent partition, there are two sofa beds (for 2-3 children). The bathroom is in urban style, with a modern glass shower cabin and hairdryer. All units have private terraces/verandas with sitting sets, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and safe box. Rooms are cleaned every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
This accommodation does not have a yard, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the property. Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool in the 4-You Hotel Apartments (50m away).
After entering the Metamorfosi from the main road, continue straight, after the pharmacy (on the right) turn left in the street above the church which will take you to the hotel.

Relax in the newly built luxury 4-you Boutique located in one of the most picturesque areas of Halkidiki, in the village called Metamorfosi and consists of 12 unique Junior suites ideally designed for comfortable and relaxing stay including delicious breakfast.
The 4-you Boutique offers spacious, modern decorated air-conditioned units, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. The bright and comfortable rooms feature a balcony/terrace, a bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. They also include a safety deposit box and free WiFi internet.
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. The experienced and helpful reception staff are always at your disposal for organizing excursions, car rental, water sports and useful information.
The restaurant Aigaio serves daily a varied buffet breakfast based on delicious regional dishes. The 4-you Boutique, situated just 300 meters from the sea, is an excellent choice for all guests as it combines the magical beaches with the clear blue water, the nightlife and unforgettable holidays next to the beautiful nature.
Junior suite (32m2): This family room has a capacity of four persons with an elegant décor, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and optically separated living room with a sofa bed. The spacious bathroom offers a hairdryer. The private, fully furnished terrace/balcony bathe in the natural sunlight, and the living room and bedroom with large windows. Free WiFi internet is provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
