One of the most popular accommodations for MetamorfosiMaria Lazaridou Rooms offers only one studio and two apartments for rent, so privacy is guaranteed. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, clean and nicely maintained, they have WiFi internet and spacious terraces with seating sets, and a children's park with plenty of greenery across the street.
Maria Lazaridou Rooms is located across the church in Metamorfosi, in a quiet street with beautiful avenue. It's at only 80m from supermarkets and taverns in the main street and 180m away from the beach.
In the offer are one triple studio, one quadruple and one quintuple apartment.
The triple studio has a view of the church and the street in front of it. It has one double and a single bed (connected), a TV, air conditioning and a fan on the ceiling, and the kitchen part is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, hotplates, necessary dishes and utensils. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.
The quadruple apartment is located on the back side of the accommodation, so it can be said that the due to this position, there's less noise and it's freshier in the afternoon than the other two accommodation units. There are two single beds, dining table and air conditioning in the living room with a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge with freezer and necessary dishes. The bedroom has a TV, one double bed and an exit to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower tray.
The quintuple apartment has two connected single beds and air conditioning in the living room with a kitchen, i.e. one double, two single beds, a fan on the ceiling and the exit to the terrace in the bedroom. This apartment also has a view of the church and the street in front of the accommodation.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets and a terrace with a seating set covered with an awning. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done every five days.
They have no yard, nor private parking, but a parking place can be found on the street in front. A playground for children is across the street, making this accommodation a good choice for families with children.
Maria Lazaridou Rooms is very easy to find. Drive the main street (you'll see Maik Apartments at the beginning, on the right side of the street) for 330m, then turn left and continue for another 70m, turn to the right and 40m later you'll be in front of this accommodation.
If you're looking for a modest, but nice accommodation, near the city center, not far from the beach, Maria Lazaridou Rooms can be a good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma smo zadovoljni smeštajem. Vlasnica je vrlo ljubazna i predusetljiva. Lokacija je odlična, smeštaj čist i uredan. Sve pohvale!

Sto se tice cistoce, apartman jeste cist, mada posteljina nije promenjena ni jednom za 8 dana, iako bi je trebalo menjati nakon 5 dana, iako smo cak i razgovarali sa gazdaricom o promeni posteljine. U opisu stoji da ima interneta u smestaju, ali za 8 dana nismo ni jedan dan imali adekvatan signnal kako bismo mogli da pozovemo kuci. Odvodna cev iz kade se zapusila tako da smo morali da je praznimo rucno posle svakog kupanja, mada u grckoj jesu problem cevi koje su generalno uzeg profila. I pored svega, mi smo se lepo proveli pored svega, ali cisto da ljudi koji planiraju smestaj znaju da nije sve bas kako pise u opisu.
