Our description
Tserk Apartments is characterized by a good balance between price and quality. The accommodation is situated on a quiet location in Metamorfosi. Internet access is provided, and one of the advantages is certainly safe, enclosed courtyard with a beautiful lawn.
The beach is 400m away, while shops, bakeries and several tavernas and cafes are about 100m away.
The accommodation has nine apartments for four persons and one studio for two persons. The units are located on the first and second floor.
The apartments for four persons are very similarly decorated. They are about 50m2, in two bedrooms they have two single beds (4 in total) that are slightly wider than standard ones. From both rooms, there is an access to a private terrace. Each room has air conditioning and one room has a TV. The living room has a dining table with chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle... The bathroom has a shower tray.
Studio-apartment for two persons is located on the second floor, its size is about 33m2 and it has two single beds slightly wider than standard ones. The kitchen and bathroom are separated and they are the same as in the apartment.
The yard is fenced, full of greenery, stone paths, with lawn and built-in barbecue. The accommodation has no private parking, but guests park their vehicles on the street in front of the property.
Going through the city center, after Bakola Bakery, turn right and at the beginning of the next parallel street you will see the accommodation Tserk.

Owners description
Tserk Apartments is the accommodation in the center of Metamorfosi. The large courtyard with lawn and trees is ideal for the adults to relax and for children to play. There's also a barbeque and gazebo with a large wooden table and benches, ideal for large groups.
The quadruple apartments (45m2) have two rooms with two single beds each, while the double studios have two single beds. An auxiliary bed can be added upon request.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate u ponudi smjestaj za dvije porodice u dva apartmana u periodu od 01.07-11.07. (deset noćenja)? Prva porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece (5,9,13), a druga 2 odraslih i 2 dece (3,8). Jedini uslovi su dva odvojena apartmana sa kuhinjama i parkin obezbjeđen. Unaprijed zahvalan na odgovoru.

Apartman sa dve spavaće sobe i kuhinjom. Izuzetno komforan. Terasa velika. Čisto i uredno. Vlasnik prijatan.

Komforan smeštaj, čist i na dobroj lokaciji. Terasa je prostrana i u hladu celog dana.

Odsjeli smo 6 noćenja početkom avgusta. Domaćini uvijek nasmijani i prijatni, nisu napadni niti dosadni. Apartman dovoljno velik za 4 osobe, čist, uredan, sa divnom i prostranom terasom u prirodnoj hladovini drveća. Dvije spavaće sobe, zajednička kuhinja i kupatilo, i ogromna terasa. U kuhinji imate sve što vam je potrebno od posuđa kao i veliki frižider i zamrzivač. Nije ni daleko od centra, na mirnom je mjestu. Doći ćemo sigurno ponovo. Odnos cijena kvalitet i više nego odličan.

U kuhinji imate sve što vam je potrebno od posuđa kao i veliki frižider i zamrzivač. Nije ni daleko od centra, na mirnom je mjestu. Doći ćemo sigurno ponovo. Odnos cijena kvalitet i više nego odličan.
