Accommodation description

Mistral House is located in Neos Marmaras, one of the most popular resorts on the Sithonia peninsula. It is situated in a quieter part of the town, on a gentle hillside, which allows some accommodation units to offer beautiful sea views. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 520 m away, while restaurants, cafés, shops, and the seaside promenade are all within walking distance, allowing guests to easily enjoy everything this lively resort has to offer. The property is an excellent choice for guests who wish to combine a peaceful holiday with easy access to both the beach and the town center.

The property offers a total of 13 accommodation units of various types, suitable for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

Due to the cascading terrain, the floor designation differs depending on which side of the building is viewed. From the main entrance, the accommodation units are located on the semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor. From the sea-facing side, these same levels correspond to the first, second, and third floors. On the semi-basement level (entrance side), there are two Triple Studios with Sea View and one 4 Bed Studio. On the ground floor, there are three Triple Studios with Sea View and two Triple Studios with Street View. On the first floor, there is one Apartment, one Triple Studio with Street View, and three Triple Studios with Sea View.

The Triple Studios with Sea View can accommodate up to three adults. Each studio consists of a sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. They are furnished with one double bed and one extra single bed, which is always available in the studio and can be prepared for a third guest if needed.

The Triple Studios with Street View can also accommodate up to three adults. They feature a sleeping area with one double bed and one single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The 4 Bed Studio with Sea View can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a spacious sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The studio is furnished with one double bed and two separate single beds.

The Apartment can accommodate up to four adults, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a fifth guest upon request. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features two joined single beds.

A baby cot for children aged two years and under can be provided upon request, free of charge.

Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The Apartment also features an additional air conditioning unit and TV in the bedroom. Guests can enjoy a coffee station with a Nespresso coffee machine, while the kitchenette includes a single electric hotplate, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

Depending on the floor and accommodation unit, guests can relax on the furnished balcony or veranda, equipped with a table and chairs, and enjoy either sea views or views of the street and surrounding area.

Small pets are allowed upon request and free of charge.

Housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every three days during the stay, ensuring greater comfort throughout the holiday.

The property does not provide private parking. However, free parking is usually available along the street near the accommodation.

Directions: After passing the BP petrol station, continue straight for approximately 500 m. Then turn right off the main road, continue straight, and take the third street on the left. The property will be located there.

Booking and cancellation terms

Stays for persons younger than 2 years are not approved.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
