Panorama House is accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach and 2km away from Neos Marmaras. A beautifully landscaped and safe yard full of greenery, toys for children and natural shade will only enhance the impression of cleanliness, simplicity and privacy that this accommodation offers. Panorama has air-conditioned studios for 2-5 people with wireless internet, terrace, hairdryer and TV, and private parking is available to guests.
The beach is at 120m, the nearest tavern at 260m and Neos Marmaras is 2km away. The beach closest to the accommodation is non-arranged, with pebbles at the entrance and stone steps leading to the shallows, but to the left and right of it there are more beautiful parts.
The accommodation was built in 1991, last renovated in 2017, and it offers nine studios for 2-5 people.
Double studios have one double or two connected single beds and their maximum capacity is two adults, without children, not even a baby. Triple studios have one double and a single bed, or two connected single beds and another single bed. Quadruple studios (3+1) have one double bed or two connected single beds and a sofa bed or folding armchair and an auxiliary bed.
All studios have a kitchenette with hot plates, fridge with freezer and kitchenware, TV, bathroom with shower tray and a curtain, hairdryer, wireless internet and a private terrace or balcony with awning, laundry drying rack, coffee table and chairs.
There’s a beautifully landscaped, spacious courtyard under the gentle slope in front of the accommodation, with landscaped lawn, deck chairs, toys for children, natural shade, shower, gazebo, barbecue and free private parking under vines.
From the Nikiti – Sarti main road, drive uphill for about 80m. You’ll see a signboard by the side of the road, so there is no reason to be uncertain about finding this accommodation.
If you need a base for Sithonia explore, private accommodation in an isolated and secluded location - Panorama House may be good choice for you.

The accommodation may be somewhat older, but it is very comfortable and clean. The courtyard is beautifully arranged. Bed linens are changed after three nights. I highly recommend it.
