Our description
Akrotiri Hotel in Neos Marmaras offers air conditioned, clean, nicely decorated studios for two or three persons, on the quiet location ideal for an easy walk to the Paradisos beach.
Hotel is located 50m away from the sea, but the beach there is not organized - on the right can be found some small parts suitable for swimming, but if you want organized sandy beach with gradually entrance to the sea, Paradisos beach is 400m away from the hotel. Pharmacy and shops are 300m away.
In total there are 16 studios, last time renovated in 2012. Entrance to the hotel is from the street without traffic, so the noise isn't a problem here. Studios are double and triple.
Double studios have a double bed and triple ones have a double and a single bed. All studios have wireless internet, TV, small kitchen, an edged showering space with curtain. Balconies are private, with drying racks and sitting sets.
Hotel doesn't have a courtyard or private parking, guest park in the street around it.
Turn from the main road Nikiti-Sarti to the street Akropoleos on the entrance to Neos Marmaras, continue straight 380m, then turn left to the street Parthenonos and go straight for 150m, then agen turn to the street Trikoupi and after 120m you will see the hotel Akrotiri.

Neos Marmaras is the most cosmopolitan village of Sithonia. It combines in a unique way sea and mountain, wild entertainment and romantic walks and Greek to international cuisine. A walk down the tree-lined path that unwinds next the sea gives the visitor unique view of the amphitheatre Neos Marmaras and the uninhabited islet shell, just opposite, shaped like a tortoise.
The sun reflected in the sea, the sky changes tens of colours with the sun, the sand shimmers on the beaches bordering the blue waters and the little pebbles shine thanks to the foam of the sea. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potreban mi je smestaj za mladi par od po 20-ak god.sa dobrim internet signalom, klimom i tv-om a da nije dalje od max.200m od prve normalne plaze. U obzir dolaze relativno veca mesta (mladji ljudi) na Halkidikiju ili na Tasosu. Napominjem da dolaze autobusom pa bi bilo pozeljno da ima neka linija iz Beograda. E da, termin od 25.08.-05.09, pa vi predlozite ako znate da je nesto ok a da je i cena pristojna. Unapred hvala, Dejan.
