Hotel Description

Akrotiri Hotel in Neos Marmaras offers air conditioned, clean, nicely decorated studios for two or three persons, on the quiet location ideal for an easy walk to the Paradisos beach.

Hotel is located 50m away from the sea, but the beach there is not organized - on the right can be found some small parts suitable for swimming, but if you want organized sandy beach with gradually entrance to the sea, Paradisos beach is 400m away from the hotel. Pharmacy and shops are 300m away.

In total there are 16 studios, last time renovated in 2012. Entrance to the hotel is from the street without traffic, so the noise isn’t a problem here. Studios are double and triple.

Double studios have a double bed and triple ones have a double and a single bed. All studios have wireless internet, TV, small kitchen, an edged showering space with curtain. Balconies are private, with drying racks and sitting sets.

Hotel doesn’t have a courtyard or private parking, guest park in the street around it.

Turn from the main road Nikiti-Sarti to the street Akropoleos on the entrance to Neos Marmaras, continue straight 380m, then turn left to the street Parthenonos and go straight for 150m, then agen turn to the street Trikoupi and after 120m you will see the hotel Akrotiri.

If you are looking for the accommodation on the peaceful location, close to the beach, then this hotel is the right choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
