An exceptional apartment, we stayed on the ground floor which featured a spacious terrace. The cleanliness was impeccably maintained, and the location was also excellent. We returned from the beach many times without any issues if we forgot something. Penny is a wonderful host, always there to provide useful information. She ensured that every guest had a parking space, which meant a lot to us. The woman who maintains the apartments, Slava, was also pleasant and communicative, knowing the names of all the children in the apartments. We will definitely return here someday.

Everything was decent, but the room is very small; it is nearly impossible to move around normally in it. The space between the bed and the kitchen is so tight that you can barely pass through.

The accommodation is cleaned every day, towels are changed 2-3 times, and you also receive a floor towel (which I haven't seen in other Greek apartments). You get liquid soap, dish detergent, and a sponge, and the kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities, which are more than sufficient.

The stove burners overheated, wore out, and operated very slowly. As soon as both were turned on, the power would cut out, meaning the circuit breaker would trip. The single bed was uncomfortable. The shower cabin in the bathroom clogged after just two showers. Everything else was without complaints.

We were located on the ground floor, where there was no need for air conditioning as it was nicely covered and shaded. Nearby, you can find markets and a gyros place at Janakis, only about fifty meters from the accommodation.

My first impression is that the room is quite small, but the terrace compensates for this shortcoming. In the kitchen, the stove takes 15 minutes to heat up before the water boils, and the bathroom door does not close properly. The internet connection is very poor, and during my stay, the neighbors were extremely noisy both in the morning and late at night. Overall, however, everything else was satisfactory: the proximity to everything, daily room cleaning, towel changes every third day, a refrigerator that works well, and an air conditioning unit that does its job effectively.

This is our second time vacationing at Anna rooms, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction with the accommodation. The landlady Peni speaks English and sits in front of the villa every day, ready to resolve any issue. Ana regularly takes out the trash from every room; she is meticulous and kind. If you find yourself short on glasses or cutlery in your room, just contact Peni, and within a minute, you will have everything you need. Everything is nearby; you are just a few steps away from a beautiful beach. Lagomandra is 8 km away. Neos Marmaras has become slightly noisier due to the engines, but it is not overwhelming and has retained its charm.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, on a flat area of Neos Marmaras. The room is small (double with a sea view), but it is new and clean (the bathroom is clean, the kitchen not so much). There isn't much cookware, but it's sufficient for the two of us. The bathroom is new and nice, and the terrace is spacious with a view of the sea. I do not recommend the other rooms facing the narrow street due to noise and poor views. They changed our sheets and towels twice during our stay (11 days). There is parking available; it can be crowded, but you can find a spot. You can hear other guests of the villa, as well as guests from nearby villas, but the noise is far less than in the center. The owner is fair, resolving everything quickly and providing all the necessary information. Thank you, Nikana, for allowing us to stay in this accommodation!

The two-storey studio could be slightly larger, but everything else is very satisfactory, even at a high level. Overall, I would return to vacation at the same place and in the same property.

The beach is just a few meters away, separated only by a football field. This location has no inclines to the beach or the center, making it accessible even with a baby in a stroller. The terrace features tinted, high glass so you cannot see your neighbors. The walk to the center along the sea is beautiful and romantic. The hostess is friendly and speaks English. Two markets, a bakery, and a doctor are just a few meters from the accommodation.

We spent ten nights at Anna Rooms and were very satisfied. The location is excellent. The beach is nearby, parking is right in front, and there are stores and bakeries... The terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic, the bathrooms are new, and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The only downside was that the beds were somewhat lacking in quality. The linens were changed once during our ten-night stay, and we received clean towels every three days, which is acceptable. It should be noted that it can be noisy, depending on the neighbors next door.
