One of the most popular accommodations for Neos MarmarasAnna Rooms is a modern and well-equipped accommodation on the most attractive location of Neos Marmaras, near the stadium and next to the city beach. It offers air-conditioned studios for two, three or four people, and most units have a sea view. Near the city center, beaches, shops, pharmacy and tavernas, this accommodation is most popular when it comes to Marmaras.
Anna Rooms is located just 100 meters from the city beach in Neos Marmaras. It is sideways positioned in relation to the football stadium, overlooking the sea, and it is located 400m from the square and only 100 meters from the first tavern and kiosk.
The accommodation has thirteen studios for two, three or four persons.
Double studios with sea view are located on the front side of the house and they are six in total. Studios no. 3, 4 & 5 are located on the first floor, the first one has two single beds, while the other two have one double bed each. Studio no. 7 is located on the second floor and it has two single beds. Studios no. 8 & 9 are located on the second floor, the first one has two single beds, while the other one has a double bed.
Triple studios without sea view are located on the backside of the house and they are three in total. All have a double and a single bed. Studio no. 6 is on the ground floor, studio no. 10 is on the second floor and studio no. 13 is on the third floor.
Quadruple studios with sea view are located on the front side of the house and they are four in total. All have one double bed, one sofa and one drawer bed which is pulled out. Studios no. 1 & 2 are on the ground floor, while the studios no. 11 & 12 are on the third floor. Studios no. 11 & 12 are rented as triple ones too.
All studios have a kitchenette with necessary dishes, are air-conditioned and renovated, have wireless internet, TV, private terraces with seating furniture. All bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2015. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every fourth day. Guests are in charge of cleaning the room during their stay.
Accommodation does not have a yard for guests to use, there is a concrete part in front of it, however, it is not suitable for use. The accommodation does not have private parking, and public parking is at 270m from the accommodation, going to the beach side street.
The accommodation is very easy to find, as it is right next to the football stadium and city beach, and as soon as you see the stadium driving the Nikitas-Sarti main road, take the opportunity to turn off by turning to one of the alleyways to the right and drive to the stadium, where you will see sign with the name of the accommodation.

Anna Rooms are located in Neos Marmaras, situated 70 meters from the sea. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurants, fast food and breakfast. The rooms provide:

3 Bed studios with sea view are on the third floor, other 3 bed studios are on the first and second floor.
If you want a very decent accommodation very close to the beach in Neos Marmaras, Anna Rooms can be a great choice. Cleaning, changing linen and towels are provided, and done every four days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but in the immediate vicinity you can park on a public surface. In front of the villa there is enough space for free and safe parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U pretrazi mi je izašla ponuda za 3bed studio i 4bed studio. Nama bi trebala oba ako su slobodna od 03/13.08.2024.

Poštovani, Za period 29.06 - 06.06. slobodan je samo dvokrevetni studio. Imamo dete od 5 godina. Da li moguće koristiti ovaj studio dve odrasle osobe sa detetom od 5 godina? Hvala.

Postovani,zanima me da li imate dva slobodan smestaj za dve prodice sa pogledom na more u jednoj porodici dvoje odraslih i jedno dete od 4 god a u drugoj dvoje odraslih i dete od 12 godina.U periodu od 25.6.-5.7.24. Ili ako nema tada da li ima u periodu od 20.6. Do 30.6.24. ?

Dobar dan ,zainteresovani smo za ovaj smestaj ,četvorokrevetni .Takodje bi voleli da nam posaljete slike tih apartmana i naravno terase ,po mogucstvu da nisu na bučnoj strani ulice . Period od 02.08 do 15.08. Hvala unapred.
