Hotel Description

Naias House is a quality accommodation on a hill above the center of Neos Marmaras. The house has been recently renovated and it’s regularly maintained. The main feature of this complex is the impeccable hygiene of the well-equipped accommodation units and the kind and helpful owners who will be happy to meet everything you may need during your stay.

The city beach is at about 650m, while Paradissos beach is just over 1km away. The city center with a rich tourist offer, bakeries and supermarkets is about 300m away.

There are in total ten accommodation units located on the ground floor, first and second floor - studios for 1-4 people and an apartment for six people, all with mountain, sea or city view.

On the ground floor, there are three identically furnished studios, each with one φrench bed and one single bed, as well as one additional single bed located in a separate area (but no door). These studios overlook the front yard. On the ground floor there is another two-bed studio that looks behind but has a fenced veranda and its own parking space.

On the first floor there are three studios with a double bed and a sofa intended for one person. All three have a view of the sea.

On the top floor there is one apartment. In the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa bed for two people, in the first bedroom there are two single beds, and in the second one a double bed and a TV. The wall between the two bedrooms is not closed at the top, the opening to the ceiling is about half a meter, so the air conditioner located in the first bedroom can refresh the second bedroom as well. This apartment can host a total of six people, and the terrace is accessed from one of the bedrooms and the living room with the kitchen. On the second floor there are also one three-bed studio, which has a view of the sea and has a double bed and a sofa,as well as a two-bed studio with a view of the courtyard.

Accommodation units include a spacious terrace with awning, sitting area and laundry drying rack, private safe box, satellite TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, hairdryer and kitchenette with hot plates, fridge with small freezer and electric kettle. Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after three nights, while the garbage is disposed every day.

In front of the house, there’s an enclosed and nicely arranged patio with a barbecue and a gazebo. There’s only one parking space within the accommodation, but free public parking is in the immediate vicinity, at about 100m toward the highway.

Payment by card in the accommodation is possible, but in that case the agreed total amount of the arrangement is 13% higher.

Due to its specific uphill location, it’s popular with tourists arriving by car, making it easy to get to the beach and the city. So, if you’re looking for accommodation with a panoramic view of the Neos Marmaras, a clean, comfortable and safe place near the city center, Naias House can be a great choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 2 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
