Hotel Description

Oasis Studios in Neos Marmaras features air-conditioned studios for 2-3 people, with wireless internet, mosquito nets and kitchenette. The accommodation is modestly furnished but it’s in a nice location, with a safe little yard in the green and natural shade, while some studios have a partial sea view.

Paradisos Beach is 400m away, pharmacy is at 220m and the nearest shops are about 200m away. The center of Neos Marmaras is at 420m.

The accommodation was built in 1980, but in recent years, the accommodation units have been renovated to a lesser extent. There are six studies for 2-3 people available.

Double studios are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV, a double bed, kitchenette with two rings, fridge with a freezer and necessary utensils, as well as a bathroom with a shower without tray and curtain-only tiles. There is a fan on the ceiling.

Triple studios for a maximum of two adults and one child are equipped exactly the same as double studios, with the addition of an auxiliary bed with a slightly thicker mattress.

The ground floor studios are covered by an awning, but they are transient, while the upstairs study terraces are separated by bars and have outdoor seating and partial sea views.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 nights, depending on the stay. Guests themselves are in charge of the hygiene of the units.

There’s a small and enclosed yard around the accommodation, paved with stone, with greenery, natural shade of vines and outdoor sitting. There’s no private parking.

While entering Neos Marmaras, make a right off the main road into Acropoleos Street and drive for about 540m, then turn left into the alley and you’ll arrive in front of Oasis Studios.

Oasis Studios is a decent choice for guests who are not demanding and, above all, appreciate a good location i.e a nicely positioned base for touring the place.

The accommodation is charming, but the space is quite small. It is the size of a smaller hotel room and is not suitable for three people. It is clean, and the landlady is kind.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
