Hotel Description

Kolovos House is an accommodation located close to the Paradisos beach and near the center of Neos Marmaras. It offers one spacious, air-conditioned, modern and tastefully furnished apartment for four people, with many amenities ranging from the washing machine, wireless internet and privacy to a huge terrace for the moments of relaxation.

Kolovos House is located at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, at just 400m from Paradisos beach and about 500m from the center. Pharmacy and shops are only 200m away.

Studio, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. In the separate bedroom, there is a French bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for sleeping one person. The studio is air-conditioned, and guests have free WiFi internet and a TV available. The kitchen is fully equipped, it contains a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a microwave oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, allowing convenient preparation of all meals.

In the offer is one quadruple apartment. The apartment has one double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, fridge with freezer, the necessary utensils and it’s separated from the dining room by a small bar (except the bedroom, bathroom and pantry, other rooms are not separated by a door). The dining room has a large table with chairs and another air conditioner. Amenities include TV and wireless internet. Around the apartment is a large Г-shaped terrace with outdoor seating set. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain, as well as a washing machine.

In front of the apartment, there’s an enclosed stone yard with greenery. There is no private parking, so guests can park in the surrounding streets if there’s no space in front of the accommodation.

After turning off the main road at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, make a right to Akropoleos Street and drive for 550m, then turn left and continue down the street for about 80m. Kolovos House is at the corner of the street.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
